First time using them, very professional and friendly. Tony who did my oil changed was very nice. Had my car out of there in about 20 minutes.I honestly liked the fact I didn’t have to get my car ✌🏾

They are quick but:-OVERLY expensive, which they claim is due to the maintenance checks and premium oils. You can get all these for cheaper at other surrounding auto shops. My oil change cost $110, about $45-50 more than all other shops Ive ever been to.-My car somehow started leaking oil after I left their shop. This was my second time there(tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after the first experience) and the oil leak happened the first time too.-They upsell; told me the premium oil would go 10K miles, it barely went 3K miles the first time, not sure about this second time as Im still monitoring. Ive had cheaper oil changes which went 6K miles.-They are SUPER pushy, trying to sell other services.- Go somewhere else for quick, but more cost efficient services.

I think Valvoline does a fantastic job as a full service niche automobile maintainer.I greatly appreciate their groupon partnership and will continue to use the discount as long as i have a new email to register with! :)The folks that I have encountered at all valvoline instant oil change not just this one have been great!

I love Valvoline Timothy James and Chris did a GREAT job ! I have been going to the Blue Ash location for many years. Timothy has helped me before.he is very professional. and I had some questions and he helped me and my car runs great !! They actually have cameras to show you what theyre doing up top and below your vehicle. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this valvoline. They are super nice and super respectful. You can watch every step of the process and they even helped me get the maintenance required light off on my vehicle for me. It was an all around great experience!! I highly recommend this valvoline.

I went and got an oil change in 9 minutes (white woman). My husband, a black man, went immediately after me. Waited for 30 minutes as I watched 3 cars leave. Absolute nonsense.

Good service but not the best

I normally have good service there, but my experience on Sunday was pretty subpar. I felt bad about arriving at 3:45, which was 15 minutes before they closed, but no safety checks were performed. My oil was changed but I noticed that my right tire was alerting too and asked if they checked all my tire pressures. I was assured they did, and I drove home. Go to drive today and I realize I have a flat tire, and I wonder if it was actually inspected at all.

They lied about having car maintenance over the phone. My car has blown up and they wasted my time having me come there, and when I got there I spoke to the manager and his technician they didn’t care about are problem. I have never felt so disrespected before I wouldn’t even give this place a star worst experience of my life. They should consider finding a different management because that’s such a shame.

Only went there because I had a coupon.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, they recommended a flush of the radiator system so I agreed. During the tire rotation the lift got stuck up while my car was on it and it took 20mins to fix that, then after the radiator flush I had no heat. I was told I would have to go to a full service shop to get that fixed and that they wouldnt cover the cost of that. Then one of the employees called someone else and tried something else, this still was unsuccessful and I was told I would get a coupon in the mail for my next visit for 30% off....why would I come back to a business that messed up something on my car and couldnt fix it then wouldnt compensate me for getting it repaired by someone who actually knows what theyre doing??

The assistant manager was so professional and helpful. He even tried to fix a light on my van that got broken T the valve line in beechmont!

Great cusromer service . Not like they just want to get you in and out . I came to get my tires capped off and have somwone check my air filter, they were wonderful.

Thirty years ago I always serviced my own vehicle. I considered it a shameful thing if a man couldnt change his own oil, check his tire pressure, and change the wiper blades. But, times and vehicles change. Now my car is so filled with electronics and my life is so filled with family that I consider Valvoline to be a tremendous convenience. Valvolines service has always been friendly and helpful. However, I still change my own wiper blades.

The quickest, most thorough, and quality place I have been to for an oil change. Pricey, bit you get what you pay for.

They are the best no waiting nothing

I went in for windshield wipers which took forever. Not sure how this process at this location is so backed up but i understand things happen. What the 2 starts is for is the blades themselves. They lasted less than 2 weeks. No way should a set of blades in Ohio last only that long this time of year. When I was told they needed replaced i couldn’t believe it. So the guys are nice but don’t buy their stuff

Beyond unacceptable and crooked. He showed my wife our cars air filter covered in dirt and grime and recommended replacing it. She told them her husband would do that soon. (1) When she drove off her check engine light came on, and (2) when she got home and I removed the air filter to replace it, it was as pristine as it was 2 months ago when I replaced it last. Hed showed her a nasty one to get her to buy a new one, and now Ive got to take our car to a mechanic to diagnose the engine problem that began on her way home from their oil change.

My Son took his Honda Pilot to Valvoline on Cornell Road in Blue Ash yesterday. They left paper towels, a headlight that they replaced and a pair of pliers INSIDE THE ENGINE compartment. When he drove home, the paper towels caught fire and he had smoke coming from the engine. My son is shaken - but OK. We are having the car checked for safety. CSR was Mark. Topside Jacob & Mark. Bottom side was Dylan. Unbelievably careless. Deciding what action to take next.
