Came in for 2 haircuts on a Saturday mid- morning, was greeted with great service, helpful staff, and friendly conversation. So grateful for the kindness and hospitality. Plus we are both so happy with our haircuts.

Came in for a medium fade with zeroes on the back and sides. Even after I mentioned the back and sides were still too long she didnt take it down to zero. Eventually just accepted defeat and went to get another haircut somewhere else. If you are in the military and want to have a good fade dont come here.

Amazing service and Brandt who did my sons hair did amazing and was so polite and I loved talking and carrying on while my son had his hair cut. My son said that will be his permanent barber.

I was way past due for a trim but my usual stylist was having a water line fixed in her salon. I was able to go to Fantastic Sams as a walk in. I got right in and the stylist did a great job. It was also the same price as my usual stylist.

First and foremost they false advertise. I was told over the phone that my haircut would be $16 and that my brow wax would be $11. They charged me $4 extra for my haircut. When I explained that I was told there was a promotion today on haircuts she basically lied/ acted like she didnt know what I was talking about. She cut way too much off of my hair when I gave explicit directions to only cut a little bit. My eyebrows look terrible. She didnt follow the natural shape of my eyebrows and left several hairs behind..the floors were messy and there were hairs everywhere that did not belong to me that were not swept up before I sat down. There was not an option on the kiosk to not give a tip. I get that leaving a tip is appropriate but forcing people to tip is incredibly tacky. A horrible experience and I will not be going back. Oh and the lady who cut my hair is named Della.

It was diety and the staff wasnt very friendly. My hair was cut very uneven and with long strands. I cannot wear it down. 😫

Brandt was so good! I have been here for college for 2 years and have been too scared to try anywhere new for a haircut! Brandt did such a great job and made me feel so comfortable! All the stuff was friendly! I will definitely be back!!

Nicole Pavey is awesome and her knowledge of hair is super impressive! I went in not expecting to get anything more than a trim, but they had a great deal and I felt confident that Nicole would make my hair look awesome – and she did! As she was highlighting and toning my hair she was able to explain every part of the process to me and answer all of the nerdy science questions I had. As a college student who hadnt gotten a haircut in Bloomington in the past 3 years, I am so glad I found a salon that I am comfortable with! The fact that they have a student discount on top of already affordable prices makes it even better.

I shouldve written this review long ago but I was being lazy. Its been like, 5 months since I got my hair done a beautiful pink, and theyre still going strong! (with the help of color deposititng conditioner as well), Nicole did my hair, it took seven hours, but boy oh boy, I STILL get compliments all the time, they were beautifully done, the staff there is really nice, really professional, and really fun :). I just had to write this because Im so grateful, havent felt this good about my hair ever. (P.S. Nicole you rock!!)

Owner was rude and and talks over you if you dont like what was done. She makes you feel like it you its your fault. Stylists were pleasant. I just didnt get what I wanted and wanted it fixed, it was just supposed to be root touch up, which turned into putting bleach on my hair 3 times in two sessions just days apart, it killed my ends and they were falling off in my hands when I pulled my fingers through my hair, the owner came over and she said that must have been how it was before they started.. It most certainly was not that way, I hadent had anything done to my hair since Jan when COVID started.. The stylist was super apologetic and very nice about it all, I just left without arguing with the owner because her tone had already caught the attention of everyone in the salon, and I didnt want confrontation.

It was a very enjoyable experience that lead to a great haircut and new color for my girlfriend.

Hair dresser was very helpful with my three year old who is afraid of the salon and the whole hair cutting experience. Think of great clips but much nicer.

Stylist Brandt Walls colored, cut and styled my hair and its one of the best hair cuts ive ever had plan to go back everytime need my hair done.

I didnt notice a big difference in my hair and I wanted a drastic change. The service was okay but the hair stylist said a few rude comments when she had to put product in my hair to untangle my curly hair.

Do NOT go here! or if you do DO NOT have Jeff do your hair! I showed him a picture of what I wanted, he assured me that he could do it exactly, what I asked for was bright red tips nothing more than that. What I ended up with was all over red, a very dull red. And to top it off the dye job is so terrible that there are strips of blonde showing through the terrible dye job. I cant believe that I paid $85 for something that is so terribly done. I have taken multiple pictures of my hair trying to convince myself that its just the lights Its definitely not the lights. Maybe hes better with his regular clientele, but if your new to this salon dont even bother. Im so thankful I didnt have him cut my hair! I cant even imagine the hack job that would be!

I arrived 5 minutes early for an appointment I scheduled over a week ago. I was told the stylist was running a little behind. After waiting 20 minutes I inquired how much longer? Only then was I told that there was yet another person ahead of me and I might be seen 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled time

Arrived last week 15 minutes before closing and they refused to take me. Will not be back.
