I am extremely pleased at the high level of customer service provided by Mark and his team. Hermes has been helpful in every aspect of the project. They came down twice prior to the installation and made sure all details of the install could be met without any surprises.When the team arrived onsite Deb and her team were professional and worked with me to make sure we could still operate with the major renovations going on. They also went above and beyond the scope of work to help us with relocating and removing some old equipment.After the project was completed I have been pleased with the still great customer service and fast responses to any questions and requests that I have had.If I could give them 10 stars I would. If you need a distributor that is professional and customer service driven then this is the company to go with.

Awesome sales team, install crew and owner of Hermies. Was in and out with install of 5 Dexter washing machines in one day with no issues. Sales rep very honest and caring that the job is done with attention to detail. Owner called personally to issues all equipment was up to speed and delivery was made on time.Thank you al job well done.

We contacted Hermes after a referral from my dryer repair guy. I own a very busy pet grooming salon and needed a new washer and dryer. Adison recommended a Speed Queen model. They didnt have any in stock at the time but he said they were expecting a truck that following Friday. For a pet grooming shop to be without a washer and dryer is a huge inconvenience but I decided to wait a couple of days to get the set I wanted. Adison called me even before he unloaded the truck once he saw that he had a set for me. He told me they could come and install within the hour and thats exactly what they did. He was extremely informative and honest. I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received. My husband and I have already decided that when our washer and dryer at home goes out we will be contacting Hermes for another purchase!

Very poor customer service and communication. Dont haggle and ask them to take $50 off of a $12,000 order otherwise they will just tell you that they dont want to sell to you, even if you agree to purchase at the original quoted price.It is a wonder how they are still in business. Clearly they are so rich that they dont need customers.

Very disappointing of a company. We have ordered from them years and years ago and we bought a new property and reached out to them. Very poor customer service FROM THE VICE PRESIDENT AND OWNER OF THE COMPANY. We are in a pandemic, and times are tough for all businesses. Because we took a month to look over our financials and see if we can even afford a new washer at this time, the response we got was we are going to step away from the deal YEAH. THEY REFUSED TO SELL TO US BECAUSE WE TOOK TOO LONG. They said the order has to be placed today and we gave them the green light and they said no. we arent going to sell to you anymore. THE COMMUNICATION RECEIVED WAS UNPROFESSIONAL FROM BOTH THE VP AND THE OWNER. Even the owner wasnt even willing to listen to us say how poorly his VP of sales was conducting business. I am baffled that the owners immediate response was to take the VP side and say sorry we arent going to sell to you EVER and hung up on us. We didnt even get a chance to say anything on the phone. We didnt even want to buy from them anymore after dealing with the VP. We just wanted to let the owner know out of courtesy that he just lost a sale because of him (because if I was the owner I would want to know) and the owner is just as bad. Please act like you at least want to retain a customer instead of hanging up on them and not even listening to what they have to say. Thats bad business. Sad thing is, money wasnt even the issue in this whole case. Communication from this company was. If the owner let us speak, we wouldve told him that.I expect more from a company that I am giving $13,000+ to.We are taking our business somewhere else and I recommend you do too.

Great company to do business with. We own a 17 cabin rental property and rent year round providing all the linens. Hermes Equipment helped us transition from residential to commercial machines. They assessed our situation, discussed a couple options and came up with the best approach and use for the space we had. We replaced 3 residential sets with 2 commercial sets and cannot believe how quickly we can catch up with our laundry now. Thank you to Robert & Mark for all you did to get us there. I can also say the customer service is second to none. One of our machines had an issue out of the gate and they were amazing in getting it resolved. Really disappointed in this companys customer service - didnt seem to understand why I was upset, was cold to me on the phone, and in the end never called me back. Does not put the customer first. I do not recommend their dry cleaner locations..
