My fiancé and I just went in to pick up a copy of some paperwork that we were told would be done by noon today. It is our day off and so we came in in comfy clothes. As we entered, the woman (I refuse to call her a lady) gave us an incredibly scornful look and refused to say a word to us, and continued to have a conversation with the coworker she was talking to. We smiled and said hello, and she turned around to face us like we were absolute garbage for interrupting her conversation. My fiancé told her his name and what he was there for. She made a face and turned around to get his folder and practically threw it at him. We said thanks and started to leave. She never spoke a single word to us the entire time. As we turned around, she spoke to another customer cheerfully. This woman sits at a desk all day and makes way too much money to be rude to customers. The cashiers who make minimum wage at McDonalds are more friendly and pleasant to their customer base. Absolutely disgusting woman. Something needs to be done about her.
