I was able to walk in on weekday & helped immediately. The office was pleasant, CLEAN & I could see an accountant, T. Matthews, who was happy to help me.To save paper (trees) he explained places such as the library no longer supplied tax forms to the public. But JH had every Tax form imaginable scanned into their computers.Mr. Matthews told me he could print the forms for me or do my taxes for a low cost & right away. I was happy to pay & have a professional to do them.Mr. Matthews told me which step he was doing & asked me to verify the various info he was inputting to the system. He was helpful, not patronizing; fast, but didnt skip a step; most of all he was professional just as it said on his card.I was going to get back at nearly an extra $118 then I expected-he even gave me a discount!Mr. Matthews took care of my business in 45 minutes. He provided me with an envelope that he addressed to send to the state & also gave me copies in a folder for myself.He told me simply to send the forms to the state by US Post-certified mail (less expensive than other mailing services) which would provide me with tracking numbers.Id happily return or refer others to Jackson Hewitt.The office, at 78th & Portland (Town & Country Shopping Center) was easy to find with plenty of parking.

I waited over a hour still was not help and I had appointment. Had to leave my paperwork there for them to do it. Call hours later to see if it was done still wasnt done. Was told he will do it the next day. I am never going back to jh again.

Seriously the best experience I ever had with doing my taxes. I left with a peace of mind, and educated on how to get the maximum refund for next year. Tom is an Angel!!

Specifically told them not to use anything relating to the new hpuse mutliple times, as it was purchased with another party who was using it on their taxes. When I went to pick up the tax packet to sign, it was done incorrectly and had to spend 1 1/2 hours correcting everything. Not worth the large sum I had to pay.

I was given an appointment on a day when the representative was off after having me to retrieve several documents and return. Afterwards another agent had to finish up my tax services. And needless to say I still dont have my refund and its been over 3 weeks
