We had an issue with a blockage between our sump pit and the septic field in our home. Steve was able to do root cause analysis of potential issues over the phone and arrived promptly to fix the issue. Not only did he fix the blockage, but he was knowledgeable of septic fields old and new, in addition to being courteous and prompt.Steve not only located the old, buried septic lid, but performed a full clean out of the blockage and other connected lines for a reasonable price before the issue turned to crisis. Easy 5 stars.

This company is the best!!!Owner went above what he had to do. Came late in the evening and even came back the next day. Did not give up until the job was done. We didn’t have to call a plumber he was able to do it all . Highly recommend!!!

Steve did a great job. He goes the extra mile. He doesn’t do pump and go, he takes the time to totally empty the septic tank. He also educates you about your septic system and the importance of maintaining it. I highly recommend Affordable Septic.

I called on a Saturday and Steve and Rocky were there on Monday afternoon just as promised. They were knowledgeable, thorough, pumped the tank, and serviced a pump problem. 1) I had a hard time understanding the guy on the other end of the phone because he was watching TV.2) $200 is a lot to pay for this service. I paid $125 a year and a half ago. Affordable?3) I arrived home to find the concrete lid not installed over the riser. I went out on Saturday morning and found out why; The lid was cracked in four places, and when I tried lifting it, it broke apart.I dont mind so much that the lid broke, but the guy had my number and could have notified me. In fact, he could have made a few more bucks by locating a new lid (hes in the business a has contacts, right?) and installing it. Have you ever tried finding a septic tank cover on a Saturday? I ordered one on Amazon. I hope it fits. I hope no one steps on the pile of busted concrete in the yard and breaks a leg until its repaired.Sorry. First time. Last time.

Called these guys to have septic pumped for a small country church in Bloomington, they gave me a price of 175.00 over the phone, cam out removed the lid and pumped the septic, they was quick about it in and out, then when it came time to pay they asked for 250.0p instead of the 175.00, when confronted about changing the price and how it was unfair to change the price the guy just stated well we change the price as we want, very unprofessional. I told the guy right is right and wrong is wrong and he said he did not care they change the price without discussing it it all time, they robbed God dont recommend using them

Dont waste your time with Affordable Septic & Repair. Twice I called them to have my septic leach field and distribution box repaired. Both times they were a no show. I waited around all day for them and they didnt even call to say they couldnt make it. I would give them zero stars if I could. I ended up calling Roto Rooter. They were so polite. Called before coming and showed up when they were supposed to.

I would highly recommend Affordable!! I called late Tuesday afternoon and was told that they would be here before noon Wednesday and they were! They pumped the septic out and even put my decorative rock back on top of the cover!!!

Smashed our drain pipe that goes under our driveway and told us to deal with it beware rude unprofessional people will not use them again

Called and made an appointment for my day off. I was told they would be here in the morning. I waited and decided to call when they didnt show up. I was told it would be a couple more hours. The phone reception was terrible with the female I spoke with each time. I decided to call back again and leave a message to cancel the appointment. My time is more valuable than their overpriced service and lack of professionalism.
