Always have such a good experience coming here! My go-to nail salon! The people are so nice and show they actually care about the work they’re doing! I got my nails done tonight, was constantly asked if I liked it, showed they were patient with my multiple color choices, and even stayed open a couple hrs later to make sure my friend and I got what we needed. Highly recommend coming here and being loyal! You will not be disappointed!!!

Waited two and half hours to have my nails done. Do not get dip powder here they water it down and don’t do it appropriately. When I asked for them to be taken off, the nail techs response was “no I’ll make them beautiful.” My hands are stained from the where they didn’t use the dip powder appropriately and the edges look terrible. I should have just done them at home myself. Don’t waste your time or money coming to this place.

This place doesn’t disappoint at all! Best place to get a full set. I always walk in and show them a picture of what I want and they do it perfectly. This is my go to spot. Very affordable

Ive been going here for 3 years and Im not exaggerating when I say they are THE BEST. They always take so much time to make sure your nails are perfect, and are reasonably priced as well. I usually have Khan do mine, and they always turn out amazing!

While it might look like they do a good job for the price, you should look elsewhere for a few reasons. They say they do walk-ins, but the only way to ever get in is with an appointment while that is a minor thing. As well as not being very communicative during your service on how/ what you want to be done, Ive gone a handful of times for fills but they never really did what I asked for which is annoying. Additionally, unless theres some kind of fee for paying with card, they also overcharge you for what youre quoted. Lastly, the biggest problem is the fact that they use MMA for acrylics. MMA is incredibly dangerous and actually illegal in many states, including Indiana. I know they use MMA because when I was taking my last set off, the monomer was sticky and gummy where if they used what they shouldve, it would dissolve off on its own when soaked in 100% acetone.

Went here for a regular pedicure with a friend and it was the best one I’ve ever had. The man (I didn’t catch his name) did a fantastic job and clearly pays a good attention to detail with cleaning up cuticles and painting the nails. The massage and foot scrub was thorough. My friend and I were both quite impressed. Would go back and recommend.

I was there 15min before she asked what I wanted and then about ten minutes later told me they wouldnt and couldnt take walk ins after another lady walked in and they told her they werent able to take walk ins. She told me nothing and just let me wait.

I stopped in randomly and I believe his name is Khana (sorry if the spelling is wrong). He did a great job and was supper friendly! I’m definitely planning on going back again.

A friend and I were getting manicures when a very disgruntled Karen walked in and proceeded to yell at the technicians for not seeing her immediately. My friend and I were very uncomfortable by this so my friend tried to deescalate the situation by telling the Karen we were almost done with our appointments. This upset the raging Karen and she started hurtling ridicules at my friend.There were only two technicians working, both of which were in the middle of working with clients.They told Karen she would be seen as soon as they were finished, but like a broken record, Karen continued to cause a scene and murmur insults at my friend.The technicians handled the situation with professionalism and dignity. The woman who did my nails not only did an excellent job but also in a timely manner under pressure. I’m making this establishment my permanent go-to.And to the Karen that caused such an embarrassing scene— do better.

Absolutely love this place. They are so friendly and provide great service. I refuse to go anywhere else in town they always get me right💅🏼 Never been unsatisfied. 10/10 would recommend.

Have been multiple times, giving them chance after chance and each time they have poor attitudes, likes to rush, and terrible quality. None of them can do a regular coffin shape nail & my Hand cuticles never get Maintence. Left with my feet still feeling rough. If I had to choose the best, it would be the man but all round bad service.

Went here for the first time yesterday and I am much more impressed with their work than I was others. They are very nice and do great work!

While my first experience here was good my second experience was not. I took my daughter with me so she could have her nails done we put our names on the list and sat and waited as there was no one there other then the two people being worked on. The guy finishes with the girl he’s working on and was about to call me back when another customer walks in and starts talking to him, she was obviously a regular. She tells him she would like to have her nails done if he has time. So he then comes over asks if my daughter and I can come back in hour. I find that to be completely unprofessional and not acceptable. Customers come in and sign in for a reason to ask a customer that was there first to come back so you take someone else back that just walked in is very unprofessional and rude.

I went here for my first time yesterday Drove from Nashville IN. The customer service was outstanding I could not have asked for better. I called and made appt almost immediately got in. I originally went for a pedicure but ended up getting a gel nail done as well I usually know my color very well but since it was a mood changing polish I wasn’t able to see it on my nails until it was too late. They went out of there way to fix the color and change it entirely for no up charge. Will never go anywhere else love this place! ❤️❤️❤️

I had my very first manicure here and I loved the experience. The staff were professional, courteous, had big smiles on their faces, and were genuinely a pleasure to sit around for half an hour.The place is also clean and comfortable. The prices are perfectly reasonable.Overall, lovely experience.

I am very picky about where to gets my nails done and I normally walk away unhappy.... But I read reviews and decided to give T&T a chance... So glad that I did!! They did an amazing job and was super patient with me.!! I wasn’t able to make up my mind on length... And he was very patient and kept adjusting them! Was very detail oriented and took his time!! Made sure everything was perfect!!!

After going to many different places in Bloomington to get my nails done, T&T is the only place that consistently does a great job. I go to the guy in the first chair. I have my nails coffin shaped. Dallas, TX has the best nail salons, but T&T is the next closest thing. I was recommended by my Colorist and they have not disappointed me.

The lady who did my nails was very sweet and cute and did a great job. The pedicure chairs were amazing. They do this weird thing where they dont paint your toes while youre in the chair you have to go to a booth and out your foot on top of a box under a table while the person doing the painting sits on the floor. Also. its like two days after I get it done and I have an infected toe soooooo I dont know what to think about this place.

Best nail place I have been to hands down. Their service is great and I was in and out. They also have a wonderful restroom with feminine products if needed.

I went in to get a cracked nail fixed when my normal salon was closed. They fixed it up beautifully, touched up all my nails and then told me no charge! Ill definitely be going back!

I drive here from Bedford and usually find a short wait time and always friendly service. (They do take appointments.)This is a very clean salon and the mani/peti tools they use are sterilized, in sealed packages and opened in front of the client.The nail techs are easy to understand and follow my direction to the letter!They have the original SNS Powder System! You couldn’t ask for better service!

Nails looked good when I left but began chipping a day later after paying for gel polish. They did not paint the ends of nails then file at the end of manicure like every other shop I have been to. Im here now waiting for a repair. They are rude and dismissive and are treating me as if it Im fault they did crappie work. I will not be back. Go to Pro Nails on the westside....MUCH BETTER SERVICE.

The guy who did my nails was so rude. He grabbed my fingers so hard it hurt. He didn’t do the length I asked. He made them way longer. He had an attitude. He spent AN HOUR filing my nails. He asked me to pay before he painted my nails so they wouldn’t smudge. I gave him an $8 tip hoping it would make him do a better job. He didn’t. He painted 3 coats of nail polish on very sloppy. The polish was smudged and literally folded over and lifting off my nails before I left. Worst service ever. Never going back.
