This place is amazing. My daughter and I get pedicures often and the staff always treat us like family. We have great conversations, the place is clean and they are always Abe to get in the same day when we call. Their work is awesome and they pay attention to detail. Love this place.

Im not sure why Ive never written a review before now, but Topline is the absolute best Ive found in Bloomington/Normal. They treat my mom&I like family here. I usually always get the dip nails and while everyone here does a great job, Lisa is my favorite. Ive done so many different styles and my nails are perfect every single time. Ive never once had one break on me like Ive had happen with other salons. She makes sure I get exactly what I want and those babies last for weeks!Dale&Ty are the sweetest people and Im so glad I found their place a few years ago.

I o ly gave it a one because I can not go any lower, wish i could give a negative number. Google search shows that the salon closes at 7PM, I walked in at 5:47. I was greeted and asked what I needed to which I replied a full at. The technician spoke to someone in the back (not in English) and I was then told that they are closed. I asked her to confirm the time that they closed 6 or 7 to which she stated 5. And then proceeded to telling me we are closed over and over.NEVER GOING BACK.

Really bad service. They don’t have many options for nail polish. My toes looks bad and they cut my skin on some fingers.

They are welcoming and efficient. Only problem is you cant add a tip to the credit card transaction and I dont carry cash anymore if I can avoid it.

I came in to get a dip manicure. The staff were nice and the place looked clean. I thought I was happy with my nails until I got outside and took a closer look. At least 5 of my nails have smudges and imperfections, all my nails are different lengths and all my nails have excess gunk under them. Wish I would have went somewhere else.

My boyfriend and I went here to get a pedicure. We did not have an appointment so called and they were able to take us both at the same time! As soon as we walked they greeted us and had our station ready and they even took our coats. They cleaned our cuticles and filed and cut our toes nails and a lite massage on the calf and feet was included! Overall it was a great experience for both of us but they could of had better music or changed something about the atmosphere because it felt like something was missing.

Last night 10/27/19, i pulled into the parking lot hoping for a pedicure. I get out of my car and notice the lights are off. A lady met me at the door and asked what I needed. I told her, but said i was sorry i didnt realize she was closed. This woman opened up the shop, and said no problem. I was tired, and sick. She was so nice. Pedicure was awesome, not at all rushed. It was just what i needed.

I have ALWAYS had a good experience here.

Lets start by saying that I usually grow my own nails and I havent had artificial nails in around 8 yrs so I was really skeptical about coming here cause of the 3.9 rating BUT LET ME TELL YOU LISA GIRL LISA did her thang ..i showed a pic and got exactly what I wanted she was nice and took her time and im obsessed with my nails ..all these girls walking around with those mediocre ya need to go hit up lisa

Worst nail salon in Bloomington normal. The left side of my nails are at least and inch thick and the right side is extremely thin. Feels like road bumps on each nail, extremely wavy throughout. Will not be returning

I am always pleased with my pedicures. I think I enjoy the foot massage the most.

Literally just left there. Worst full set/colorI have ever received. First, I sat down in the chair and got started at 2:10. The man that did my set had me done and under the dryer by 2:27. He rushed through. Kept telling me to just watch the TV!! Got aggravated when I had him fix the crooked and uneven ones. My polish looks awful. Never coming here again. Ever. I only came because my normal place was booked.

Always do a great job and relaxing.

Horrible gel manicure. Already chipping after 2 days. It looks like a child painted my nails.
