I expected to get more help than I did. I could hardly believe that building has no wifi. So I had to drive all the way across town to the other store. those girls knew exactly how to deal with my problem.they get 5 stars.

I read a notice on the door that said this UPS location did not accept Amazon returns, so I turned to go back to my car, and the young man manning the counter called to me and said he could take care of them, since they werent real busy right then. Saved me a trip to the other side of town, which I greatly appreciated, and a sterling example of customer service.

Had to go here to mail a package back to davids bridal. The man didnt even know how to scan my return label 😒

I needed to return cable boxes to Xfinity. Which the UPS Store is at the college mall. They have great all occasion cards. Recently I had purchased some sheet paper with music notes on it for crafts and I need copies of it so the Lady working made copies for me, #200 of them. She was very courteous, we had a good time visiting while the copies piled up

They do amazon returns but they dont do Mercari stuff... so be aware of that.

I live on 10 acres with my home sitting at the backend of the 10 acres. Today, the UPS guy brought a very large, awkward, heavy box to my front door. I asked him where the truck was. He told me, he carried it all the way from the road to my house, because he was afraid the truck would get stuck in the snow. He was really nice and I have to say, wonderful customer service. Thank you.

Wasnt happy with my experience

Aside from another customer yelling at me to go back outside because on 2 people allowed in at a time although an employee had motioned me to come in. But I didnt let Debbie Downer ruin my visit. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. He got my package shipped and thats what I came there for. Hopefully Ill be back to ship more things in the future! Thanks for the good service!

Business to business operation and they don’t open until 12:30. Absurd. Open at a normal time like your customers need. Also, make people who need to buy a label go to a store.

The staff is ALWAYS friendly. Much better experience then the other local UPS stores. The UPS store on the east side of bloomington is absolutely the worse btw!!

Dont request a package to be held unless you wont be home on the delivery date. Worst thing Ive ever done. The guy working was rude and snotty. Wont go back unless I have to.

During the few occasions I have been in to mail something, I have experienced a welcome, yet businesslike atmosphere. The efficiency has been the most important finding. There is convenient parking that includes a suggestion that when needed, someone will come to your car for transactions. 👍

200.00 to send a box 10 inches by 12 inches that weighed 10 or 12 lbs to Australia. TO MUCH!!!!!

Literally the worst shipping company in the US. Super lazy, always with an excuse why your package cant be delivered and that was. Before the holiday season.Im on day 5 of 2 day shipping right now and Ive spoken to 3 different people with 3 different answers and in the end I have to go and pick it up 30 minutes on the other side of town.Zero communication from UPS zero help and almost impossible to understand customer reps. Worst ever. Never again

This place is terrible. The driver did not attempt to deliver my package or drop it at the local access point. I was home all day and no one pulled up the drive. The manager called and told me he would send the driver back out to attempt delivery again since I had paid extra for two day shipping. After tracking the package, it was updated to show it wouldnt be delivered until at least the following day. Blatant incompetence at its finest!

Had to lift own heavy box and asked for lowest rate. Ended up paying more than flying with items. Will not make that mistake again, nor returning to this UPS location.

I needed a package shipped. They had just locked the door. I already had my shipping information. I knocked on the door. The lady came around and talk to me real quick. She gave me a envelope to put my package in. She was very nice and courteous. I will be sure to use them again. Thanks again!

Mailed a package from here and the gentleman who helped me was very nice, despite this being the first time I had ever mailed a package. He helped me box up and package a TV that I shipped across several states, and the TV arrived to the destination in perfect condition.

Okay, so I have three things going against me that would normally cause somebody to not be as nice to me as to other people.1) Im big.2) Im black. (you know its true)3) My resting face would probably be considered to be mean looking.The women who work the front desk at this place seem to not care about any of those things because theyre some of the nicest people I interact with on a daily basis. I seriously leave this place feeling great. Keep up the good work UPS. You have a customer for life.

Ordered multiple things from different companies that were shipped via UPS that arrived the same day and BOTH arrived extremely broken and damaged. All very expensive shoes that now have DESTROYED shoeboxes. Thanks a lot UPS!

Didnt have an option for 0 stars but if they did i would be all over that. UPS here in Bloomington delivers to other apartments when we have clearly marked apartments, they misplace packages often, and the odd second that they get the right door they use that door as target practice as they chuck the box.

So many missed delivery (non)attempts. Been here personally to try to resolve why I’ve had so many problems with deliveries and the woman working did not care, did not fix my problem, and had a nasty attitude that even my landlord was upset at her. Today is yet another day where I’ve had a problem with UPS. They didn’t even come today for a package they should’ve delivered days ago. Total incompetency.

Its the Bloomington UPS hub. Very small customer service area and could definitely use a renovation. Other than that, great service and people.

I had plans on returning a guitar through UPS because it was closer to me that the usps. I brought label in and as soon as I walk in she states rudely, you are in the wrong place did you not read your label? In shock I replied, well it states. You can return it through where ever you would like! She repeatedly kept telling me, whats this say right here? Hm? What does it say? I was shocked at her behavior. I had my two children with me ..... I grabbed the guitar and left. She was older and had long dark/gray hair. Absolutely awful customer service. There were so many ways she could have gone about her explanation. If she is working j will take my business some where else!

You might be interested to know that when something is shipped via UPS to an address in Bloomington, UPS turns it over to the US Post Office for delivery and then disavows any responsibility when the PO fails to deliver it (a common occurrence; see the Google Reviews on the website for USPS on 10th Street). UPS actually had the audacity to suggest that I pay an additional $3.50 to upgrade to UPS Ground service to ensure delivery! Sounds like a nice scam.

I feel incredibly disrespected after communicating with this facility. I have been searching for a package which was supposed to be delivered a week ago. Now, after a series of strange occurrences and communications, it seems that the manager, Joe, and one of his drivers is attempting to cover their bases by claiming they delivered a package to my door, and that it must have been stolen. That would be nearly impossible, as very few people enter this apartment building. Im disappointed that neither manager could take responsibility for this. I do not trust Bloomingtons UPS facility to deliver my packages any longer.

The staff at Liberty Drive in Bloomington is always helpful and courteous. Drivers are professional with a great attitudes.

Central brace sent me some prostectic so socks and we were. At work and the ups driver just handed my package to some one on the street that was by the apartment apparently these are expensive socks and Ive asked all my neighbors nobody got them I know all my neighbors they are all decent people so I dont understand how a driver could just hand a package to some one on the street not even get a name of that person or anything

Good service but only one clerk at holiday time, so line was long. Two computers to let customers pre-enter address info but only one was working.

Dealing with ups is always a chore. I live in Bedford and it difficult to be there when there an all day windows. They will not allow you to sign the notice you just have to be there. If I want to pick it up in Bloomington I have to go online and schedule it and then wait two days😡.

Oh, it exists alright...it has always been here and will always be here. As long as we believe...thats all it takes!! (Also its the bloomington hub and is open when its supposed to be, not necessarily when you want it to be).

I paid extra to get my packages on Friday. I got a notification saying I requested another delivery day. No... I need my package on FRIDAY. THAT IS WHY I PAID EXTRA FOR SHIPPING!!! Its Monday. They will not call me back! The way the lady talked it probably wont even be here on Tuesday. I am very upset with ou UPS!!!!

Ive been here 3 or 4 times and theres never an employee available. Ive waited twice for 20+ minutes and eventually just gave up.

When a sender is sending you a package, they have the option to apparently not allow you to change the delivery options like Hold at Location on the website. However when calling the UPS number, you can submit the request to Hold at Location.I waited all day for a package to be delivered on a Friday and now the date has been updated to Monday during the same time frame. Very unprofessional to overbook their delivery drivers and wait till the following business day to deliver the item, which is this case is a Monday.
