My package was in this facility for two days I had called FedEx to ask if I could pick it up and they told me I could pick it up as long as I brought my drivers license. I went to pick it up five minutes from my house and they told me they couldn’t find it. They encouraged me to wait for it to be delivered. Then it got sent to Tennessee on accident the next day. Idiots.

Rude, clueless. They only take your packaged stuff. Thats what I was told. So all they do is take your stuff in their hand and put it in a box. How ridiculous

Fax is soooooo overpriced - over $1/page? All it costs them is to hook it up to a phone line. Staff dismissive. But still clean, and there is one nice staff person there.

Fedex normally delivered to my house no problem, but this week they have claimed 2 times that they cannot find my house and have sent my package back!!

Did not got my package, the only excuse that FedEx has is attempted delivered but never tried bad deal this is my second time that I picked up my packages from Bloomington facility yet they charged me shipping and handling. I dont think that is the way Amazon must return my shipping fees.

I want to take a moment to thank FedEx off of Grand Ave in Bloomington. I missed a package that I had to sign for. When I got the note left on my door, I called the FedEx and Dan helped me send a note out to the driver. He called me twice, once to confirm the message was sent and then again to let me know when the driver would be arriving. A special thanks goes out to the driver, John Hagen, who took the extra time to circle back to my home to deliver my package. This was excellent customer service!

Go to UPS -- if you need Next Day -- or if you do fedex good chances it will be free

Sometimes they over charge

I checked the shipment would be delivered on weekens any time 8 am to 8 pm while nobody was available to receive the shipment.Unable to put the shipment on hold at a local FedEx facility.Unable to give the delivery personal instruction to call 30-60 minutes prior to the delivery.The representative was not very helpful.Needed to wait another 3 days for the second delivery attempt.As always very hassle in the past, doing the business with FedEx difficult and I am trying to avoid FedEx services if I could.Hopefully this is the last time I have to deal with FedEx.

I had a package delivered by this facility and I am extremely displeased by the service I received. To start with I paid more for the package to be delivered to the recipient by 10:00 AM, but it was delivered at 3:18 PM, five hours late.Now here is what really made me want to give this review, when I checked the tracking it said that the package had been received, the delivery man had signed off on it, then a week later the package was returned to me, it had never been received. All in all, I am not happy with their service and I will try to avoid using this facility again.
