Curtis was very professional, and answered all my questions. He was very informative about what was recommended to clean our furniture that had been flooded by sewage water in the basement. When he said they could clean the floor too, I was ecstatic! He and Logan got to work right away, and in less than 45 minutes they were done. I’m so excited they could save my furniture and clean the basement for me. After an overwhelming experience of the flood, I can finally breath a sigh of relief.

ServPro came to our rescue to clean our area rugs after a storm caused flooding in our basement at the Boys & Girls Club of Bloomington-Normal. I used this service for water clean up and flooring. They did an amazing job with the water clean up and made sure everything was dried out before removing their machines. When it came to the flooring they moved all the furniture, was always early to do the job, and moved everything back after the flooring was done. The floors look amazing and they were done in a timely manner. I would use this service again

The service was prompt and courteous. They did not rush the job and left the equipment until our basement was completely dry. Always arrived on time so we highly recommend.

The Bloomington ServPro came as quickly as they could after a deluge of rain. We had a 1/2-inch of water through most of our lower level, and they removed the water, and placed powerful fans and dehumidifiers to dry the carpet and walls. Its almost back to normal in only two days. We are glad the ServPro was there for this emergency. We were at a loss as to how to resolve the issue quickly.

When my basement flooded when I was on vacation it was a nightmare coming home to that. The Servepro staff helped us get through a situation where we didnt even know what to do in. Nothing comes out perfect as your just seeing the damage but they gave us a path to rebuild.

Sam from the local Bloomington office couldnt remember my name or my claim he sent to St. Farm. Ive been waiting over 10 days to get repairs. I spoke to him today and he needs to talk to my insurance. Very disappointed to be lied to since I have ServPro and State Farm estimates and claims he still needs to contact my insurance. Poor management. I do not recommend ServPro.
