On the evening of December 25th 2021, our families had gotten together and at about 8pm it was noticed that the lower level of my parents’ house had very wet carpeting. After quickly assessing the cause of a lot of water, we shut off the main line into the house and began cleaning up with wet/dry vacs and moving a lot of items to an area that the water had not spread to.Once we figured that the amount of water was too much, we contacted our insurance company (State Farm) and they pointed us to Service Restoration. Service Restoration had someone at the house Christmas Day night about 10:30 pm and he did a quick assessment of the situation and by midnight Service Restoration had a crew there, removing soaked carpeting, cutting sheetrock and dehumidifiers humming right away to begin to dry things out.Fast forward a few days and not only did Aaron have every portion of the restoration setup, but because my mother was in home hospice, Aaron was able to put his guys in a holding pattern so that mom could have her final days in quite surroundings and her family by her side. Aaron and his team have a great bedside manner and come from a place of understanding, not just being about business.Once possible to begin work, Aaron was on top of things, always keeping the family in the loop of each and every step. Even though it was not needed, Service Restoration would follow up with us every week to make sure things were going as planned with Aaron and his people. That was always a quick call as I did not have any concerns about any of the work that was being done.If you have a choice in who can help rebuild a loss of your home, I would not hesitate to contact Service Restoration. A huge thank you to Daniel M. and his crew John and Clinton, for cleaning up after our water heater broke overnight. We woke up to discover 3 inches of water on the basement floor. And the worst part was that it happened just 5 days before a house guest was due to arrive for a week long visit! We tried to clean up ourselves, but eventually decided to submit a claim to our insurance. AAA Home Owners sent out Service Restoration that day.Dan and the crew thoroughly assessed the situation, installed the proper drying equipment, removed the damaged flooring, checked back daily on the drying progress, patiently answered all of our questions, and even did some final clean up details to make sure we were happy before they wrapped up the project. They finished just in time for our visitor to arrive! I really appreciated the professionalism of the crew and working within such a tight timeline.The only thing I would do different, is I would call Service Restoration ASAP! Since we had not heard of this 24x7 service, we attempted to clean everything up ourselves. Dont do what we did!! Leave it to the professionals! I would definitely use this service again and Im telling my family friends too.

My renting company dropped the ball on clean up on a sewage and water waste back up in our basement. They made zero effort after 6 days to respond to the remaining sludge. Not only when I found this company, did the manager respond right away, he promptly called and followed up with our rental property. They were out to our house the very next day and submitted a bid, and had their employees to wait for 2 hours outside our house to get permission to start the work (that day), which was turned away. Once the city inspector was requested, my company finally approved the work. Mind you, this is 9 days later. This team responded immediately and arrived to get the work done for us. The work will take a day or two more but I am so grateful, and humbled at how quickly this and kindly this team has gone to batt to help us! Amazing!

Pros: Carl and team were outstanding! Arrived when expected and stayed late onto the evening getting everything set up. I was regularly contacted about progress and they were here each day as expected to check in and move fans around. The damage is much less than I had initially expected- certainly thanks to Carl and teams expertise.Only negative- It’s been difficult to get a quote as they only provide verbal quotes for free. We had a tree come down and put a hole through one of ours walls. Service Restoration was here in under an hour and boarded up the hole quickly and efficiently and it looks great. Would definitely recommend them and will use them for Turtles repairs in the future

My wife and I purchased a home and within 2 weeks we had a sewage back up in the down stairs bathroom. They were willing to come out immediately ( Sunday night) but we had to wait until Monday morning. Poor guy stayed from about 11 a.m. to about 11 p.m. and was completely dedicated to completing the job before he left. He was very polite and explained everything he needed to do very thoroughly. Was impressed by the contents drying systems and equipment they have and found out they are the only restoration service in Minnesota that currently has this. It was very stressful when my house got water damaged. My insurance company sent a Project Manager name Aaron Quam who works for Service Restoration. My experience with Aaron has been a very positive one. He sent me the scope of work by email then dropped by my house to show me the damages of the house and went over the project of repair. Aaron comes on time, well communication, and followed up with the progress.The performance of Aaron been outstanding in every regard. He even helped to pick out the vanity/ cabinet and the vinyl flooring samples which makes a good match for my bathroom. I’m really appreciated of his professionalism, sensitivity to my needs, and his desire to achieve completed projects on time. Ive to give him one more credit of being friendly with my dog Brownie which surprised me how quickly warm up with Aaron because she was a abused rescue pit.

I had a house fire with a lot of smoke damage. A gentleman named Dan S. came out initially and was very helpful and reassuring when I was in panic mode, I really appreciated his demeanor that evening. He and Ray were able to get cleaning going pretty quickly (want to add in that the cleaning team was great).The only issue I had throughout the process was after waiting for my adjuster to approve the cost for repairs it did take quite a while to have someone assigned to me for the repairs. This put the project on hold for about 2 weeks. During this time I had to follow up a few times to see where we were at which was a bit frustrating since we were stuck in a hotel until repairs were completed.Once I was assigned Matt to assist with the rebuild everything got moving. He was informative/responsive throughout the process especially since I had never been involved in any type of remodeling. It was easy to ask questions and quick to get answers. He made the process of picking out colors/cabinets /etc. enjoyable which I very much appreciated, it was really the only fun part of the 2 month ordeal.Overall I would recommend Service Restoration.

St Paul, Mn. Worked with Service Restoration when my sump pump failed and a good portion of my basement flooded. They were the first to respond and were on site quickly to help me immediately remove water from the site. They were attentive and thorough, guys were coming consistently every day to monitor progress of equipment. My main POC Alex was responsive and happy to communicate with me VIA text during the rebuild (my preferred way to communicate.) He worked hard to push the various elements of my rebuild to be on time and kept the project moving. We did have some confusion and lack of communication with my insurance company that kept this from being a 5 star review. I do think that was largely on my insurance company. But all the same, it felt loose and I wish Service Restoration and my carrier were on the same page and communicating more completely. Will use again tho, solid group did great work.

I had water damage from a leak in the line to my refrigerator. From the beginning of my experience with Service Restoration to the completion of the job I was very impressed with the work. Everything was explained to me each step of the clean up and repair. Matt was the project manager and he did a great job. All questions and concerns were addressed and explained. During this long and stressful time, Matt and all who worked on my house made the best of a bad situation for me. I highly recommend Service Restoration.

We called them this last Sunday for sewage backup into our basement. The dispatch person said someone would come out later that day, we were thrilled! They couldn’t do much until a plumber could come to fix the blockage the next day, they said they’d come back after that. They did and did a good job cleaning, and the guy that day said the Sunday visit would not be on our invoice since they couldn’t do anything that day. Said the bill would be no higher than $500. The service the guys provided was great!The invoice came 2 days later, charging over $250 for an emergency/after-hours fee, when the hours shown on Google are 24 hours. The dispatch on Sunday did not mention an emergency or after-hours fee, if they would have, I would not have had them come on Sunday at all. None of the guys mentioned an after-hours fee. Apparently their normal hours are 8-5.Just in case you call on an “after-hours” time, if they don’t mention the fee, you are warned!! I told them they need to mention this fee to others in the future.So great service, great guys, but a hidden after-hours fee!

They were very fast in getting here after insurance agent contacted them and they were here every day inspecting plus they came ahead of time to repair and worked very diligently and did a superior job. Matt was always here supervising during work progress and he was most professional in all ways. I highly recommend this company.

After a tree fell on my deck I worked with them to have the damage repaired and the deck repainted. I was constantly kept up to date on the progress and timing as they coordinated everything. I had a great team of service restoration techs. From the mitigation team to the rebuild team. All were very cordial, responsive and educational on what they were doing A+ effort.With that, I believe the company does not have their details together in their office staff. I could barely get details on invoices to be paid. There was a lot of confusion on what was owed. I ended up writing multiple checks and all without really seeing an invoice (my own fault for not pushing harder). Now 5 months after starting the process I am being asked to write another one.

Our dishwasher leaked and caused major damage to our kitchen and dining room floor. Matt H. helped us through the whole process, explained things in a way I could understand and was very responsive and professional. We love our new floor!

This has to be the most unethical businesses I have ever dealt with. I asked how much would I be charged at a time when I did not if insurance would cover the bill, they told me $1,000 for cleaning each room. When I offer to pay, they said they will invoice me and left equipment here for days until I let them know insurance would cover. Then, they billed insurance over $5K. They also would not commit to when the job could be completed. I have tons of texts from them telling they would show up on a date and then not show up.

Work performed was done well, communication could have been done better. I have never had to have repair work like this done before, but the time it took to complete seemed long. I would, however, recommend this business for this type of service.

This is an update from my last post. The job they did was horrible. The year after they left I started seeing mold in my basement walls and every summer it smells moldy in the basement. They told me at the time that they were gonna spray some sort of chemical to the wall so there won’t be mold. I had a mold inspector came out to inspect last year and he said my basement the humidity and also mold is bad in my basement. I paid them Lott’s money for simply just drying my carpets. Lol I don’t recommend.

Service Restoration helped us out after a main line backup flooded our basement. The cleanup crew arrived very quickly, and worked diligently to remove all affected carpet and drywall, and began drying the area out right away. Matt did a great job of communicating through the whole process.

. I looked them up on Google the day after my fire and I was distraught. I called them and Dan was at my home within an hour after my call. He put my mind at ease to a let me know they could do the job. And explained the process. They did give me a time-line. They Started with Ray and his team, cleaning out the home sorting itemizing, and cleaning items to be returned at end of project. Also discarding destroyed items. I was always kept informed. Then Jason and his team I believe did demolition and was also was kept informed. After demolition Matt and his team did the rebuild . He kept me informed of the progress of the home rebuild and gave me options about decisions of items to be put back in the home. If I had questions. They were answered in a timely manner. There were a few setback but they were handled professionally and with ease.I am very happy with how the home looks. And How everyone treated me. We had a pipe burst in the ceiling of our newly finished bathroom. The water mustve been running all night because when we came downstairs, the water was everywhere. We had water coming out of new light fixtures and ceiling exhaust fan and parts of sheet rock seams. I quickly turned off the water and searched for water mitigation places online. I saw the great reviews for Service Restoration and hoped these folks would somehow save the day. -- and save the day they did! Carl showed up an hour later, looked at the mess and when I told him that this looked like a total loss, he said I think well be able to save it. Well have to remove some drywall, but we should be able to dry it all out. What??? I was stunned, how can this be? What kind of magic were they planning in my downstairs? How can anyone possibly take this utter mess, with water dripping everywhere -(over walls, under carpets, out of fixtures) and tell me youll be saving anything? Well, let me just say Carl was true to his word. Immediately, they brought in a boat load of equipment; they tore out a swath of drywall, some soaked rug padding and pulled off baseboard; they drilled holes behind baseboard (always with my permission) in areas that needed further air circulation; they blew fans and super-powered dehumidifiers everywhere and begged me not to turn off the equipment for the next 3-5 days. They came back frequently to monitor the drying process. They tweaked their strategy and less than a week later my new bathroom needs some work, but far from the total loss I expected. I should be able to get it back to normal with some new carpet padding, some drywall, scraping and paint. No water, no mustiness, no mess, no mold. Carl and his team really hit this one out of the park. Of course, just another day for this crackerjack team....

They service I have recieved from Service Restoration so far as been above and beyond what I ever expected. Not only where they able to be at my home within 30 minutes of the incident, Carl took care of everything top to bottom. He took the time to explain the whole process to me of exactly what to expect. As they complete my project I have no worries they will do a fantastic job, because they have been nothing short of amazing during this difficult time.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Darren was AMAZING along with his partner that came out Eddie. From start to finish, they were very detailed and were around to answer any questions I had. They even helped out with figuring out insurance and called my company to settle the claim. Darren was available after and before hours for any questions I had. They were both extremely knowledgeable and genuinely nice guys. You can tell they cared about their customer and went the extra mile to get things done.DEFINITELY call these guys to come out and get the job done.

I wanted to share what Bobby and Mitch did for my parents. During the big snow melt, water damage happened in the basement. They had a company come out to inspect it, they didnt find anything. As the time went on I noticed that the smell was getting horrible. I am allergic to mold and mildew, so I was getting sick whenever I went over there. My parents didnt even notice it because they were living in it and had gotten use to it. I didnt want the mold to hurt them. I am an agent and know Bobby so I sent him over to look at the damage. They found mold in the closet and hallway, from being left alone. They cut out the sheet rock, insulation, the damaged rug pad. Then they spray treated the mold to kill the it. I am so thankful to them for taking care of this terrible situation, I feel better knowing that my parents arent breathing in that mold!

Mitch and his team were amazing. I was away for 2 weeks and my basement flooded. It was a horror when I returned and they did everything to take care of the space and watch my budget. I can’t speak highly enough of Service Restoration! They did an amazing job and were there when no one else was.

5/3/2019 - A sprinkler went off in the Senior Living Community that I work in and flooded the third floor, which in turn damaged floors 1 & 2 as well. They were out immediately and have been working around-the-clock to ensure our residents can utilize their apartments ASAP! Enjoyable and pleasant workers to converse with. Thank you!!!

Bobby Oxford and Mitch came within 1day after being called to assess the situation. Then, Paul Green, the technician, took over and came back multiple times to remedy our situation. Paul was professional, courteous, prompt, efficient and extremely neat. He always asked if I had any questions before he left. I would highly recommend Paul Green, Bobby Oxford and Mitch for any restoration projects.

Wonderful! Very friendly gentleman who came in, listened to me really well and gave me all the information I needed to know about my flooded basement. Did a very thorough check in my basement! I would def continue to contact them in the future! I def recommend!

While my mother was out of town, she came home to a pipe busted in her walls. We made the call to Service Restoration and in a very timely manner Carl and his team showed up, assessed the damage and quickly got to work repairing what had been done. I cannot stress how efficient and understanding these men were. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need during disasters such as this one.

Me and my wife were having some water damage issues at our home due to issues with my drain pipe. Our insurance company reached out to Service Restoration here in Little Rock and they quickly embarked on the job. They were extremely thorough with the entire process and discovering of what the problem could have affected. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly answered with assurance and confidence. Next, to you know everything was as good as new. These guys are friendly, easy to work with and I will be sure to give them a ring if I ever need their services again.

They dont care about YOU just he money. Skip them. Did the work and we sent the very expensive check to the address that the invoice had AND we sent an e-mail telling them we sent it. Little did we know that they had posted at the bottom of an e-mail that oh by the way .....we moved to Bloomington and instead of calling to check where their payment was they sent a certified mail just now putting a lien on our house!!!! Total Jerks. They are the worst at communicating and just want to charge you a ton at a time when you are experiencing an emergency.

A pipe started leaking in the middle of the night and flooded two units and park of the hall. Service Restoration responded right away to my call and came out within an hour to start working. They were quick and effective, doing everything they could to save carpets and baseboard where it was possible. They communicated and worked with our availability to complete the job quickly.

First to respond within an hour of the contact. Prepared, professional, and conscientious . Bob was personable and empathetic to the needs of of not only staff and managers.... but understood the “tread” lightly approach while working in an historic building!

In order to satisfy an inspection concern from a perspective home buyer, I needed Service Restoration to complete an evaluation of a potential water issue ASAP. Not only did they schedule an appointment within 48 hours, but they completed everything that was needed for the sale of the house to go through as scheduled! I appreciated there service and honesty!
