Had my phone fixed and looking like new in no time.

Excellent service! Quick, knowledgeable, friendly. After driving 45 minutes a different retailer told us we would have to return the next day for a 10 minute battery replacement that we had scheduled an appointment for. Called these guys and drove to the Bloomington location. We were in and out within 15 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Just had them replace the battery in my Samsung S8, will return for other phone work.

The repair works perfectly. The staff were knowledgeable. However, the price was much more than expected. The website I viewed before taking my phone in quoted a price of $79, but the actual cost was $189. The tech explained that the Samsung Galaxy is more technically challenging to service. But they took my phone for repair without discussing price up front. I should not have relied on the price quote on the website.

I made the appointment online and assumed the parts would be there. Well, they werent. They did say they had the battery and they had a black screen and not the white for my iPhone SE. When I picked up the phone, the black screen was installed but no battery.I had to bring the phone back. A white screen and battery were installed and it works great.While it caused some inconvenience In the end they made it right.

People were very nice, but after waiting over 3 hours to replace a charging port. I no longer have a home button. They removed the screen 3 times and tried 2 charging ports in order to get the phone to charge again. Now I have to go to Apple and get a new screen installed for $150. If you have an Apple device, just go right to Apple Store

I was happy to learn of Batteries Plus’ cell phone repair service. All of a sudden this morning my phone quit working. I popped over there and they installed a new battery quickly. I’m up and running! Thank you. Great service.

Battery replaced on a ten year old Mac laptop. Runs like a champ again! Easy in and out - fifteen minutes and all was done.

I called to see what the rates were over the phone before scheduling my appt to get my iphone repaired. I was quoted $79.99 and $10 a $10 off coupon. Once they repaired my phone, I came to pick up my device and they charged me $86. I only went to them under the impression that it was going to be $69.99 plus tax. The guy denied that he quoted me that over the phone which is frustrating. I could have gone somewhere else that would have cost me less but I went to them and they over charged me. The phone works which is great but if you’re going to misquote someone just to get business, I think that’s horrible customer service. I do remember when I called it said the call will be recorded so if you can listen to the conversation it would be great so you can see who’s lying.
