I was looking for a place to repair my iPhone 11pro screen that had been dropped and had the green and white vertical line on the screen.Most didn’t carry the part or have technicians on hand. These guys did!We had a mishap though. I showed up a little later than I planned and the technician had to leave early. We were in a time pinch as we were flying out of state the next morning and the mall was closing.The owner called the technician and he returned back to work after having been at home already! I really appreciated the attention, commitment and communication!

I walked away from here knowing I had to leave a review for how wonderfully I was treated. We approached the booth hopefully when we saw a sign advertising iPhone fixing. We were immediately greeted by Sukanya who was very kind and helped us through every step we needed to fix my broken screen. She was quick and efficient, it only took 15 minutes and we got to watch the entire time as she explained how she was fixing the phone as she demonstrated. The cost was incredibly cheaper than going to Apple and I walked away with a brand new screen and a screen protector. They fixed my phone for over half the price that others were going to fix it for, they fixed it in less than an hour where other places would have taken 4 hours up to a day. Update: I received a free tempered glass screen from doing the below review, and this screen did nothing. The other day my mom threw me the remote and it landed right on my phone and went through the tempered screen protector and cracked my actual screen. I went to cellairis with a broken iPhone 7+. Sukanya was the employee who helped me. She was the most professional and quickest at fixing phone I have ever seen. Was in town for a week and cracked the screen on my iPhone 6. I took it to Cellairis at the Mall of America and had the screen replaced. Before I had even left the building I noticed that there were yellow pressure marks on the screen, I returned to the kiosk and showed the workers and they replaced the screen again for me. This time the touch screen didnt work. So again they replaced it, and then there were even bigger pressure marks. This happened again and again over 3 days. To make a long story short over the course of 3 days they replaced my screen 5 times! (not an exaggeration, really 5 times!) On the 5th time it appeared that it had worked. Two weeks later when I am back home on the other side of the country the screen starts to separate from the phone. I immediately called Cellairis and asked for a refund as I was no longer in the state and had no desire to ever let them touch my phone again. I was told that the only way I could get my money back would be to fly back out and have them rip the screen off. This is easily the worst company I have ever dealt with and they have an even worse product. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. Although I will never get my money back I hope to warn others off. Terrible company!

Absolutely horrible experience. Brought my water damaged iPhone 7 to the stand for repair with a nonfunctioning home button and broken screen because Apple was going to charge me 319$ to replace it. I was promised that the whole thing would be working for 150$. What I got instead was a simple screen repair which costs more than at Apple! Now my iPhone still doesnt have a functioning home button and I still have to pay apple 319$ to fix it. They turned my 319$ repair into a 470$ repair! Thats more than my phone cost to fix in the first place! Dreadful place, do not go here!

I travel a lot from southern MN to northern MN. I run my own business and i know the struggles of flourishing in the economy. I first encountered Cellairis down in one of my trips from Sioux falls. Guy there was cool, told me about some other places they are affiliated with. Ended up staying at a hotel connected to MOA. mall is too big but once i found it i was taken care of. I think his name was Jack or jason? He was funny and outgoing. We talked for a bit. Turns out he was the local owner. left with a charger and another screen protector. Good companies are run by good people. 5 stars

My phone battery was draining very quickly. I got recommended to come to cellairis at mall of America, after twenty minutes he figured out what was wrong the battery. Due to apples mess up from the iOS updates was the reason my phone kept dying at 20% 50%. So I got my battery replaced in less then 10 minutes now my phone is back to the day I bought it . Thanks cellairis Apple told me it was my phone that I needed to get a new one due to my iPhone 6 is out of date.

We were visiting MoA when my wife’s iPhone stopped charging. Went to the Apple store where we waited for the diagnostics where they replaced the battery and said it wasn’t working but they would give us a new phone. They didn’t care about the data that was on the old phone when I was exploring options to get the data. I was even ready to buy the new phone just to keep the data from the other phone and the repair guy said “You’re gonna have to find someone else, I don’t deal with sales and I’ve got other things I need to be doing”We decided to just keep the old phone and look into data recovery options and mail her phone back for the replacement. We went down the hall to the cellairis stand and talked with Abraham. In a matter of minutes he had the phone up and running and we were able to buy a usb stick to backup all the photos and data that was on the phone. He also showed us that there were several screws missing from where Apple had replaced the battery (including the 2 on the outside of the phone)He kept my kids entertained as we were stressing out and we were able to get everything taken care of. Well worth it. Also during the time we were waiting - 2 or 3 guys from other cellphone repair places came by to ask for his help.

Dishonest gentlemen run this joint.For my Nexus 6 with a cracked screen, with perfectly working LCD, which only needed a glass window lens replaced, the gentleman I spoke to asked me to buy the full assembly..This is absurd.. and after I buy that they will replace it for fifty bucks.. absurd, there are eBay mail in services that do it for eighty dollars labor and parts combined..They are simply pushing unnecessary LCD purchase off of amazon, I tried to tell him the glass can be replaced with the current LCD in perfect order, he was not receptive, he made up his mind already.. that is as dishonest as a business can get..If I being a tech reviewer with good idea of what I am talking about, cant get my secondary device fixed, what will they do to average Joe/Jane?
