Sarah Jacobson charged me $ then had me obtain my own credit reports and told me i would start getting letters about disputes and i would know exactly what was happening. Over a month went by, i hadnt heard from anyone so i said i just want my money back because she didnt do anything, of course she refused to refund my money. I hired another company a couple weeks ago, they obtained my reports and send me emails every time something is done. Big difference. Dont trust red Phoenix consultant, big fat liar and con artist, just wants to take your money

Talked to John, had a great conversation, he made me feel like there would be no issues repairing my credit and then getting a home loan, I hadnt heard from him, so I emailed him to get an update, no response,I set up a time to have him call me, he never called, I then emailed again as one final attempt asking him to let me know if there was a problem, and I was really hoping to work with him... and nothing. not sure why he didnt want my business, Im really bummed out and have no clue why I never heard from him again...
