G&F Carriages. Where do I begin. George is AMAZING. I bought my first carriage horse from him back in 2004 and a year later bought a Vis-a-via carriage from him. He provided me with on hands driving lesson plus gave me a detailed CD I could watch for future instruction. Hands down the best Carriage Co/Operator in the US. His advice and knowledge should be etched in stone for future Carriage companies to learn from. Seventeen Yrs later and I still turn to him and or his daughter Vicky when I have a question about anything draft horse or carriage related. You guys rock. Stay CARRIAGE STRONG 🙏🏻

I called to reserve this carriage for a half hour for my granddaughters and there parents . I spoke with Vicki who is one of the owners, so pleasant and accommodating. She truly seemed as excited as I was. She called me a couple times after that to confirm all the plans which was reassuring to me as we were coming from the High Desert and the kids were coming from another area. When they arrived to pick the kids up. They very happily accommodated the rest of the family. George the driver even let two of the boys sit up with him and drive the carriage This was a great evening and the kids loved it. One of the grandkids had a rough day and commented afterwords “What a great way to end a bad day” so Thank you Vicki and George for being so kind and accommodating

Amazing time going to Victoria Garden, several amazing stores to wonderful restaurants than to top it off with a Cinderella Carriages ride through the out door shopping center

Sent a untrained Arabian for carriage training. I was grossly misled in pricing.When i sent him he didnt have a mark on him. When i get him back he was completely scarred up. One leg is so scarred it looks like a roadmap! His joints /legs are wollen. His hind leg had fresh open wounds oozing blood, the hock is double the size. He can bear weight but not full weight to lift other hind leg. What i got back is a flinchy scarred up, wounded mess of a horse. They ruined him!! I was not updated of his injuries. They acted like there was nothing wrong. These people do not care about the animal and should be in jail for animal abuse!!!

We hired G&F Carriages to do our wedding (Bride & Father drop off AND Groom & Bride EXIT), they were hired as surprise to all of our guests & even my dad (whos wish was for me to be delivered to the isle by horse and carriage as my mom was delivered to the isle this way on their wedding day) well the ruined the surprise by parking in the main parking lot (although the driver was told to park there He Should Have Seen All Over My Paperwork He Was A Surprise & Asked To Move.. the wedding was on a 28 acre property.. lots of other places to park other than the MAIN PARKING LOT)The driver had difficulty getting the horse & carriage up a hill that was steeper than he thought it was going to be, so he BEAT the Horse to get her up the hill on his 2nd attempt, & on his first attempt while turning her around he KNOCKED MY MOM OVER IN HER MOTHER OF THE BRIDE DRESS, with no apology! (During our visit to the Carriage Shop to set up the Carriage, we did explain the layout of the property & advised the owner, George & for that fact the driver of the carriage was there also to go see the property as we were months ahead of the big day.. CLEARLY THEY DID NOT VISIT THE PROPERTY)After ruining the surprise for most, knocking my mother over & beating the poor horse up the hill it was time for me to enter the carriage with my dad & make my big entrance, lucky for us that was smooth, other than the look of Anger on the drivers face in every photo taken (SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT) then after dropping us off he went down to the trailer unhooked & LEFT!!! He did not wait for my Husband and I after the ceremony to drive off with him in the carriage... (ALL THOSE PHOTOS WILL BE MISSED FOREVER) Not to mention that we paid for a service and did not receive the Full Service. Sadly we called George the owner of G&F to explain all that happened, and got absolutely no where. We did discover that Buddy was the driver for the day of our wedding and that Buddy is his son, so OF COURSE none of the things I was telling him went wrong were true! THIS PLACE CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED & TURNED OUT TO BE A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR US!!!!

Came here about three years ago because my trailer brakes weren’t working, so g&f took a look at them and they fixed them after one day of them having My boat Trailer, three weeks later one of my caliper comes off and breaks so I bring it back and they charge me again they told me they had fix both sides and told me sorry, Second time around 3 years later my other caliper comes off and breaks as well so I bring it back and get it fixed and I told them they were supposed to fix both sides they said they did, once again they charge me about $600, and told me that my brakes aren’t working they can’t get the oil to the calipers, I told them that’s why I brought my boat trailer in the first place, I don’t mind paying the money so I paid them…… even though they still didn’t fix my trailer………So we will seeing each other in court soon
