Ive been going to Parkway Auto Laundry for many years, and it feels as if the service goes downhill every year. I never had a major problem with any services from them until now. Since getting my car I currently have, the three times I brought it in to them for cleaning, twice they never finished dusting in the backseats.Today I asked for the Imperial package. Never once was I asked which scent I wanted for the air freshener, nor was it even brought up. My car is a coupe and sometimes people find it confusing on how to get into the back seats, so I made sure to have my car prepared for anyone going into the back seats to vacuum, dust, and other cleaning. On the passenger side of my car, only the mat was cleaned. The floor under and around the mat was not vacuumed. The mats were thrown back into my car and never placed back properly (my car has clasps for the mats to prevent them from moving). The passenger side was not dusted, nor was the back of my car. The dusting around the middle console and stereo controls was done very poorly and quickly that there is a ton of dust that was missed. The only area decently cleaned in my car was the drivers seat and the top of the dash. It seems like they never even tried to clean the inside of my car and to get it done as quickly as possible. I am going to have to re-vacuum the inside my car and dust what they missed.My sister also brought her car in, and she has found scratches on the top coat all around her car. Additionally, her passenger seat was never wiped down.

My car got scratched by the brushes and when brought to the managers attention he completely disregarding what I am trying to tell him I worked for a car was for 7 years and I know it’s possible to get scratched cars here and there. Manger completely disregarded what I was telling him after spending $22 I am really disgusted with this establishment I’ve been a customer since 2015 after my experience today I will not be back scratches definitely have brush motion. So Unprofessional!

Ive been using PAL for 2 months now and I absolutely love this carwash center. I am so impressed by how quick they clean and vacuum the interior of my car. Im normally in and out in 15 minutes. I drive a lot for work and their monthly pass is affordable and worth every dime! I will recommend this carwash to anyone that gets their car washed on a regular basis!

These guys have been doing a full detail for us once a year for the 10+ years of this vehicles life and because of their quality work it still looks great!! I highly recommend them for all their services.

I opted for Interior Detailing service. Which costs 70$. Boys did a pretty awesome job cleaning every corner of my interior.However, they missed cleaning the Gear Stick. May be the didn’t do this as this is not mentioned on their document for interior detailing. May be management should mention it on the document provided to them to clean Gear stick. Other than that, no complaints so far. Everything is so perfect.Had they cleaned the gear stick, I would have given them the 5-star rating.

I like the PALS on Morrissey, the car is cleaned well and the workers are respectful and professional.The only issue I have had is they have forgotten about putting the air freshener in my vehicle the last few times and I had to ask for it.

One of the workers left a syringe in the back of my car. I drove back to discuss and the manager/staff were incredibly unprofessional and rude. Do not come here.

There are very few car washes in the U.S. like this inside and out full-service wash. Excellent product at a fair price.

Just had our car washed at Parkway Auto Laundry on Morrissey. I definitely would not recommend. When I walked up to the counter the girl was too busy talking to someone else to acknowledge me at first. I then asked her what counted for an oversized vehicle. We have a Nissan Murano and have never been charged and up charge for our vehicle since we bought it.we then got in the vehicle and the mats were dirty. Everything was smeary on the dash and the console. So coming home to redo what should have been done was very frustrating. Definitely not worth the 27.00 dollars we paid. Will try Club Car Wash or Rainstorm next time.

Quick and thorough car wash

Clean place that does great job on your car while you wait.

I’ve been a customer for past 10+years, sadly this place has increased prices over the years but service has gone down. Typically I get the Royale or Imperial washes. They quite often will neglect to apply tire shine, properly wipe the dash or even place air freshener. When I’ve inquired I get major attitude and brushed off. Most of the people working there are sketchy. Wish Bloomington had another full service wash or owners would quit being lazy and hire a better manager and staff.

I had the outside of my truck washed. When I got home to vacuum the inside of my truck I noticed all of my change that I had in my door had disappeared. I Called and left a message but haven’t received a call back yet. I would not recommend this place as obviously they have some thieves working for them.

Wish I could give 1/2 star. Just paid $22 to get my car washed and cleaned out. Don’t think I should see peanut remnants still around the brake handle, do you? Plus there a couple of bottle caps between the driver’s seat and console they missed. Won’t be going there again.

Love Parkway Auto Laundry. They take great care of your vehicle. I had been going to another chain car wash in town, but their wash left tiny scratches in my vehicles finish. Not at PAL! Car is always exceptionally clean and the people are very kind. I highly recommend PAL!

My van is still dirty. Never wiped anything down. I could of spent $5 at Rainstorm and ran it through the car wash and get the same out come. Only difference is I could of cleaned it myself and had a cleaner car. Never again will I go to this company.

This is a full service car wash that you must leave your vehicle while they clean it.

Do I not get rain x or a scent for my car? Aren’t my floor mats supposed to get cleaned? The guy who was at the entrance today didn’t know what he was doing. He would just stand there not saying anything and was just rude. I’d rather drive across town to the other one where they’re friendly and know what they’re doing.

Outside of car was fine, not great, but fine. Inside they basically wiped my Windows & dash but dirt on the inside of doors was ignored. Had to do inside, except for dash & windshield, myself. And this was the $13.00 upgrade wash!!!Could have done it at my neighborhood carwash for $4.00

Just picked up my Equinox after an interior detail. It is sparkling! Definitely crevice clean! My car looks brand new.

I absolutely wish I could give this rate zero stars. I was with my girlfriend who had JUST had the car serviced at Extreme Nissan, and recieved a free experience wash. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. However the men were very rushed and rude when there were no other cars in line. They opened my door for me, didnt say a word and I hopped out very confused. This was a first and a last because they continued to grab a soapy sponge from a bucket, and wiped down the windshield, which was acceptable. Then used the same one to wipe headlights, and then for the kicker, used it on the beautiful paint job to scratch every bit of clear coat they could to scrape bugs off. Bugs are still there, clear coat has VERY visible scratches. PLEASE, if you appreciate your car, do NOT go here. They DO NOT care about your car and/or the quality of paint and/or service! Use a good American wash self cleaning bay and take the time to do it yourself, without DISH SPONGES THAT SCRATCH YOUR PAINT!

Price is good for the service you get

If you want a half-assed car wash, this place is for you!So nice to be told that my vehicle, while covered in soap, was properly rinsed...as if Im stupid. That after being told specifically that the roof would be cleaned, it wasnt...and the tire shine I asked them not to apply is all over the side of the vehicle after driving home.I was willing to pay for a proper job, extra as necessary, but the staff didnt care and was condescending (except for the nice girl who gave me the vehicle back at the end).Never again.

I went to this place several times thinking it would get better each time but it didnt. My car was not completely clean on the inside and out. I still had dirt on the bottom of the car. Also, when they vacuum they do it so fast and miss alot of areas. I just paid $19 to still have crumbs under my seat. They dont even lift the mats to vacuum. Its convenient but I cant go back.

Its quick, it isnt too expensive, and its convenient. The quality is a little hit or miss on the interior detailing, but overall, the speed does it for me.

Bird droppings was still on the hood, bugs still on the hood, grill and rearview mirrors. Definitely not worth the $19 I paid, especially since I went home and used a wet towel to remove what was left by the carwash employees. Unfortunately, I will not be going back and I wish I could get my $19 back. Waste of money and time.

Went here today and outside was okay but not great lots of water spots on passenger side. Inside was a disaster didnt touch back seats and hand to clean floor mats, seats and all four door jams. Paid 22 dollars for royal and oversized car to go home and clean it myself on in side. Front was okay except door cards. Called and asked manager what they are supposed to clean with zero cares... other location on north veterans had better luck with and cleaner car for sure. But for 22 dollars and average sized car that I have to end up cleaning myself its definitely not worth it. Looking at car now still bugs all over front end as well.

Over the years that I have occasionally used Parkway Auto Laundry, I have found that that just dont really care about cleanliness, honesty or organization. Time and again I have given them chances at both locations in Bloomington- Normal, IL and every time they leave my car dirty in places that were not dirty when I brought it in. Usually I find a salty or dirty footprint in the back seat floor where it was clean before. Sometimes they smear a greasy residue on the windows that I have to clean when I get home. They have even stolen change from cup holders and the center console. Once I scheduled a wax and detailing, which is a service that you have to make an appointment, and I got there and the car wash unit was down for a scheduled maintenance. Why did they make my appointment for a scheduled maintenance day? Seriously I dont know how they stay in business. Dont go there unless you have a coupon for a free wash and be sure to hide your valuables.

They advertise and you pay for to have Your floor mats cleaned. This means run though a machine. They are not doing this caught them last week. Thought they were not because on previous washes the mats just didnt look to have been cleaned. Saw a couple other cars who paid for complete service and their mats were not cleaned.

Rude employees, not satisfied with outcome of detail. Water spots on windows, carpet wasnt touched. Tried stealing a necklace from the rearview mirror

One of the employees was obviously having a bad day. He was screaming and cursing as he worked. They pulled my car up to the bay door so fast that when he took off he chirped the tires. Their way of cleaning thr floor mats was slamming them against the wall a couple of times. Do not go to any of their locations. Not worth it and who knows what theyll do to your car due to negligence and disregard for peoples property.

Went to PALs to get my car washed, and for $16.50 the pictures is what I received. I received the sparkle wash which includes:Exterior Wash, Vacuum interior to back seat, interior windows cleaned, dash & steering column dusted, power drying and hand-toweled finish, door jambs wiped, triple foam polish, whitewall tire scrub, underbody flush with rust inhibitor, and an air freshener. (As per THEIR pricing sheet)As you can see in the pictures, I wasted my time as well as $16.50 on this car wash. We returned after seeing the car like it was and confronted the men that cleaned it and they denied that they wipe down the car with the sparkle wash, That is done with detailing. they said. So they ran it through again and nothing changed.I called the store the next morning when they reopened to speak to the manager and all the manager said was Im Sorry and that I could bring it back in, mind you the THIRD time, and they can do it again. I am not wasting my time or money on this wash anymore and I will just fix it myself and go to a different car wash in the future.

Horrible experience in the car wash on market st. contacted the so called manager and he was an absolute jerk. swore my car was damaged before using the wash when even his own worker said the wash did the damage. attempted to handle it with him and he was insulting and rude. however had i not been with a black man or on market street i am quite sure it would have been handled very different.

Went in and my mirrors were like they are to be. The guys folded them in so that my truck could go through the wash. When the truck came out the other side and I was leaving noticed mirror was not right. Told the guy that they somehow messed up the mirror and thy would not take responsibility for it. Had to pay out of my on pocket to have mirror replaced.

First time using this car wash. Did a nice job, however i wish they would tell you up front that there is a $2.00 charge for oversize vehicles. Staff was not friendly at all. I get it, its cold outside, suck it up or move South.

This is no better than a 3 dollar automatic car wash. I went for the cheapest one (13$), there is nothing extra they do, except for wiping your wind glass from inside. The drier blower are no good. I will never ever ever go there again.
