TKS did a fantastic job on my Corvette. It’s evident from the finished job that they use quality products and have a passion for their work. I opted for the exterior wash + sealant. It was done quickly, but no corners were cut. It was a better job than I could have done myself if given an entire afternoon and they wrapped up in less than an hour. Cost: TKS detail is worth every penny. TKS pricing for a ceramic coat treatment is extremely competitive and well below the national average cost for the same treatment. So you will not see me mentioning or complaining about cost here.Punctuality: It is wonderful to have someone come to my home to work on my car. Sure, they did not show up on the exact time as scheduled but were within 45 mins of the scheduled time. TKS was considerate and texted me letting me know they were running late. Honestly its not like with the pandemic I am getting ready to run anywhere. Any business running on a multiple daily appointment model will be subject to unforeseen delays.Professional Appearance: More important than being on time is the professional appearance and behavior while on my property.TKS staff are professional, clean, and very respectful. A refreshing change from some of the places I have used in the past.Process and QC: TKS does the ceramic application job right. I am a curious customer, so I spent a while talking to TKS about their ceramic application process. They were patient and spent a while explaining the process. I observed the entire treatment and they were efficient. No corners were cut. They were careful and took their time. TKS completed the job well before the estimated time. I consider that a mark of excellence to be rewarded.Customer Service: TKS will bend backwards to provide a fair service. During the ceramic application in one of my cars, rain prevented the job to be completed. Instead of rushing through the job they stopped the application, moved their schedule around and returned to complete the job properly.Conclusion: TKS represents the best and greatest things about small business and talented people making an honest living. They take pride in their job and deserve all the support and respect. I will continue using TKS to care for all my vehicles. But... Dont take my word for it... Thomas and Sidney did a great job with a thorough interior cleaning of a car that had been badly neglected. After they aggressively vacuumed and cleaned all interior surfaces, including crevices and compartments, the car looked and smelled nearly new inside. They notified me when they were running 30 minutes late, were very efficient once they arrived, and easy to work with. I will definitely use their services again!

We were hesitant because of price, but with all the raving recommendations on Facebook and Google thought it must be worth it. Were we wrong!We paid $514.75 total for two vehicles, both with The Commons + Headliner Spot Treatment in one vehicle. Expected time was 4 hours and 30 minutes to complete. He showed up 32 minutes after the scheduled start time and left 3 hours and 5 minutes after that. While I will admit he removed some spots on our one vehicles headliner, there were many more that were untouched. He also removed a sticker from the dashboard of one vehicle. Otherwise the vehicles do not look any better, or even look worse (because there is chemical residue/spots/streaks all over) than when they started. Theres cleaner left in one of the side consoles, theres crumby stuff left in fairly noticable crevices, there are streaks on the windows, there are cleaner spots all over the one car (on the dials, on the arm console, etc.) For $500+ I expect them to be at least visibly clean...Our vehicles were fairly clean to begin with (one is a backup car that we purchased new and has been rarely used, the other we recently purchased used from a dealer, which had been cleaned out, but needed a little love.) I did not feel comfortable cleaning and conditioning leather seats or cleaning spots on the headliner, so we opted to hire someone instead. I would not go with this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone else.

Friendly and efficient! After crows on campus targeted my car, I had some yellow residue left behind. TKS Detailing was able to come to me, take care of my car, and I was very happy! Will definitely use them again in the future for my detailing needs.

TKS did a fantastic job on our cars! He was quick to respond to my inquiry to schedule a car detail and scheduled me for the very next day. The seats in the car had stains I thought would stay forever, but TKS was able to get nearly every single stain out. He was through with the interior and exterior of the car. Not a single spot was missed. He washed and waxed the exterior, as well, and the car was so sparkly!

The seats look GREAT! We actually bought the car in May and it had a stain on one seat, so we thought it just wouldn’t come out. Looks better than when we bought it! My partner said, “Well, maybe we should get them to do the whole thing.”

Had both cars detailed. TKS was easy to work with and made it convenient to get both cars in for us around our current hectic schedule. Both vehicles (mini van/suv) turned out great and now I feel good having a coat of wax on going into the winter. Can’t wait for spring to have them done again!

Had major sunscreen stains across all of my leather. TKS was the only place that was open on Saturday. Due to this particular Saturday schedule I had to drive to TKS’ personal driveway. No issues was very happy with the service and cleaning. Exterior wash, tires and windows were great.Sunscreen is out and leather was treated correctly. No unnecessary chemicals or sealants were used on the exterior or interior.

TKS was great! They did an exceptional job, were on time, and my car (which I get detailed usually only one time a year) was spotless when I got it back. The price was fair and now that I know of TKS I will probably get it detailed more often.

TKS did an amazing job on my filthy work truck. I used to be meticulous about cleaning it regularly on my own, then I just got away from doing it. I used my truck for my mowing business so it was dusty all over the inside and had grass/dirt all over the floor. Not only does TKS have (extremely) fair prices, but Thomas does outstanding work that is not only comparable but truly exceeds the work of local car detailers. I will only go to TKS from now on, and I have been recommending TKS to everyone I know.I did not even recognize my car when I picked it up: it was sparkling, clean, and shinning. The exterior glow has lasted weeks now, and the interior is still spotless. I also asked TKS to install a new middle console top cover for me, and it just makes the whole car look brand new (I attached photos below). I cannot say enough wonderful things about TKS. Originally a couple things were missed or just not quite $225 worth in our opinion. However, TKS was quick to return (the very next day) to correct this! They did not make us feel like we were being a burden for asking them to return for a touch up. This was important as being the “complainer” is never fun! We are ultimately very pleased with the results of our interior detail. Our 3 row SUV was VERY gross from 4 messy kiddos so we understand missing a couple things, but appreciate them making it right. Highly recommend TKS! And even better, they come right to your house for extra convenience!
