The hair stylist are so nice! I would totally recommend going here! They always do good on everyones hair that I have seen them do!! 😊😊😊

I went to Regis wanting what I thought would be a simple balayage. Not only was there no subtle ombré (there were obvious, jagged lines which the stylist hid by curling my hair), but my hair was seriously fried. I’ve had experiences at six other salons in my life with no complaints at all, but this experience left me so embarrassed and in tears.

I’m new the the Bloomington area and haven’t found a stylist yet, was at the mall and walked by..I walked in and asked if they had an opening . Hailee said “absolutely” !! She was very personable . Took the time to discuss what I wanted, didn’t rush me..I am very happy with my cut.. been a long time since I’ve had a “good” haircut.I will return!! Thank you Hailee 😍

Very dissatisfied!!! I spent 245$+tip on hair that looks nothing like what I asked for. First of all, the girl had no clue how to deal with Caucasian curly hair. Second I told her I wanted to keep my length, which was past the middle of my back, I just wanted it layered. Now its above my shoulders. Third, I wanted my hair lighter with SOME low lights. She bleached my roots and put way too many low lights in it. Im left with orange roots and darker hair than I had😠 Now I have to spend more time and money to fix it, or atleast what I can. Avoid at all costs!!!

They cant keep appointments, and let other people in ahead of you even when you have an appointment and are sitting there for 20 minutes. They make excuses like I just went to the bathroom for 15 minutes intend even finish cleaning their station 25 minutes after my appointment started. Never said anything to me about the wait or anything. I was an hour early to boot.They also wont tell you who the person is so you can avoid having appointments with that person in the future since they have no concept of appointment times. So now I just have to avoid the entire store because I will not trust them to waste another one of my afternoons. I do not recommend this place if you have any sort of need for time management.

I have hard-to-cut hair: both thin and fine, wavy underneath and straight on top. Jennica gave me what might be the best haircut Ive gotten in my 61+ years.

I dont like this salon. I was here for a haircut a while back. The girl didnt cut it well and it was crooked as it grew out. I felt like she was too interested I talking about her date the previous night to really pay attention to my cut. The prices are way too high and not as advertised. My cut should have been $20 but ended up being $50 because I had a picture. I wont be going back their again.

Megan sucks. Left a huge part of hair on the back and sides of my head. Asked her multiple times to change certain things and still didn’t understand. Asked for a fade, received hard lines on the side of my head. Photo is something I missed and she missed AFTER I left. Will never go back to Regis. I have a job interview tomorrow and I have to go and fix this myself.

They have an amazing shampoo and conditioner set here called Purology that is really amazing. Ive been here to get it Abe sometimes they are sold out. Ive never had a haircut here but, there seem to be happy people in chairs.

If I could give zero stars, I would. No care for customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I would never recommend going here, my girlfriend had strawberry blond hair and we made an appointment with them to dye it completely blond and over the phone we were quoted 80 dollars. When we arrived at the salon in the mall I waited while she got to work on my girlfriends hair, she told the stylist Brandi she wanted all over blond but the stylist instead gave her blond highlights. Her hair looked good (but it wasnt the complete blond look she wanted more like streaks of blond) and we were about to pay when I noticed they added a 30$ haircut she didnt get or ask for. So I told them to correct it and they acted like it wasnt on the recipt even tho it clearly said 80 for all over hair dye (which turned out like highlights) 20 for toner and 30 for a haircut. The stylist Brandi had to call over a manager to assure her that she added an unnecessary 30$ haircut and remove the charge. If I would not have noticed and just payed I would have basically been robbed by them, horrible service.
