I brought my vehicle in for a hood latch recall. That repair was fine. During the overall inspection there were several things listed that needed attention. One was my battery...it was bad and needed immediate attention. I had it tested at two different locations and it was working at 99% efficiency. The second item was my rear shocks were leaking and they needed immediate attention. I took it for a second opinion and there was not one iota of a leak in either shock. The third item was a transmission fluid flush. Again, I had someone else look at it. The fluid was flushed a couple of months ago and it is perfectly fine.Why would I ever trust what this dealership tells me about my vehicle? I cringe at the thought of the less knowledgable, naive people who have paid for unnecessary repairs.

Disappointed is an understatement. Having purchasing our first new car, we were seriously so excited. But once we decided we were writing a check, this place went downhill fast. They were great until then. We had issues after the car was ours and they pretty much said, oh well buddy, your fault. When we went to pick the car up it was very much so hi and bye. We didnt have time to ask questions and they blame that on us. We were wanting to take a picture to show off, did not get that either. They have not once checked on us on if we liked the car or anything related. But hey, Elijah from Honda was fantastic. We didnt even buy from him and hes checked up on us twice. Overall, once you give them your money, prepare to be chopped liver 🤷‍♀️.

From the test drive, through negotiations, and on to financing, I was treated with kindness, respect, and a relaxed atmosphere. No pressure anywhere in the process. We stopped by O’Brien Nissan to look for a new car after totaling ours. Blake came to us ready to help! Blake was super helpful and got us in a vehicle that day even with us being in the situation we were in with our other car.

They knowingly sold me a car that had a crack in the windshield and the cover was broken for the moon roof. Also told me to handle it myself when the back door handle sticks open and the door opens on its own while I have children. I wasnt concerned about the small scratches but it has a giant scratch on the passenger door that I told them about and all they did was shrug their shoulders and say oh well. Not to mention gave me a warranty from 2016 when I got the car this year. Also got the car dirty on the inside when the pandemic was still going full swing to the point where there was still old mail and credit cards from the previous owner inside. Honestly wouldnt recommend buying a used car from here.

I believe Im getting taken advantage of. Took in the car for a recall on the rear suspension, and now my new ac system (5k miles) suddenly has a leak, and theyd like me to pay for it to be fixed. A great tool for upselling, but very dishonest, and immoral. Plus, they didnt have the parts for the recall, so put it back together with recalled parts, and sent me on my way. It was an 9 hour appointment. It hot this weekend, and Ive become accustomed to the comforts of A/C.Update: I used a coupon for a free oil change. It was in an email, and was the reason I originally scheduled all of this. And this digital response on a public review is the ONLY response Ive received from this organization. The folks who did the AC do stand by their work, and theyll be working on this Tuesday. They, like me, found it odd that there was no AC issues, until I took my car into OBrien, for a repair on the rear suspension.FYI: This review was originally done via the automated Nissan email I got. At the end, it asked if they could post it publicly to Google Maps. So that may give context as to who I thought the target audience was. When the web app asked, Can we share this publicly on google, I kinda chuckled a bit. I had no idea it was going to be the only avenue to communicating with these folks.
