I worked with Rick and he was very responsive and upfront. I didn’t feel pressured to pay for car services I didn’t need. I felt like I was working with a close friend that had my best interest in mind. He was able to find me a deal on tires which was a huge bonus!
I always get excellent advice from my service advisor Loren. He tells me what needs to be done now and what can wait until my next service. I really appreciate this honest approach and that is why I bring my car here.
Service was fine, but tech should have at least put things back in the storage cubby when done. And after $500 battery and $100 oil change, how about running it through the car wash? And please someone at bmw come up with a fix for the 3G connected drive phase out issue.
Excellent service! Service manager Loren was very helpful and fully explained what they diagnosed and the cost. They found two additional issues with my vehicle and gave me the option to repair it or not, without pressure. They made all repairs and my vehicle was done in 5 hrs. I live in a small rural community and am used to quick and quality service because I know the mechanic personally. I feel l received that same service at Motorwerks. Thank you

I really like all of the staff & they are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and give me excellent customer service so I feel bad giving only 2 stars. My problem lies with the cost of the repairs. I do understand I have a older BMW however in this economy and the state of people getting back to work after the pandemic i feel it’s ridiculous paying $2000+ in labor when the parts are $200 or less & that is the issue I have.
Awesome. Craig Thompson my service guy, as always, was friendly, professional, thorough and caring. He has been my guy at the dealer for 20 years. He is like a trusted friend. Together with the rest of the experienced staff they did an awesome job in a timely manner.
Let me just say the service manager that assisted me was professional and genuinely concerned about the issues with the car and me. I apologize for forgetting his name but BMW can look on the computer and see who helped me. This is why I buy BMWs because of the excellent service and one on one with a real person. The overall experience with the service department is very good. It is surprising how expensive repairs are every time I bring my vehicle in. The vehicle has approximately 70k miles and the number of major repairs is very high. I have never owned a vehicle that has this many expensive repairs with relatively few miles. I love the feel of the BMW but will be hard pressed to purchase another BMW given the major repairs necessary to keep it in good working order.

What choice do you have? You have to use a certified service center or void the warranty. I had an appointment but it still took 2 hours for a simple oil change?

Nic Krane, my service advisor did an outstanding job of helping me with interval service on my 2017 BMW. He answered all of my questions and got the car back to me when he promised. The person who rescheduled my appointment talked me out of using a loaner because that was outside company policy, then the service was supposed to take longer than originally scheduled so I was stuck in the waiting area longer than anticipated. Fortunately, Nic shepherded the car through service promptly.

Great dealership experience. Easy to book appointment online, including requesting a loaner. Checking in is always fast and efficient. Appreciated getting sent a video of the vehicle systems inspection. Price is always high, but when taking care of a newer car, I prefer to pay the premium to ensure the work is done to factory specs.
I liked that they told me everything that was wrong with my car and made recommendations to improve my driving experience. I dont like that I had parts that I need replaced, liked gaskets, and the labor was more than 10x the cost of the gaskets.
While I received very professional service, I could not believe the ridiculous situation I was put in. Because I serviced my vehicle out of town during the pandemic (I live three hours away from the nearest bmw dealership) I had to pay almost $100 for them to update my file with the new information so I could continue using my prepaid maintenance plan. Seriously? That seems pretty greedy especially when trying to do the right thing in the middle of a global pandemic. Shame on you BMW! My service rep was as kind as could be. I’m looking for a new car in the next 12-18 mo and that Audi S5 is looking even better.
