I cannot express my gratitude in words. This group of people are heaven sent; from the receptionist to the asst manager for the service dept (Jeff). He has gone above and beyond to assist my husband and I with a problem that Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort created for us. Jeff has explained things to me in full detail without hesitation wether the outcome is in our favor or not. He has made several phone calls on my husbands and I behalf without even being asked. This is what customer service is about. My husband chose the dealership 2 years ago when buying his truck. I am so happy that we have encountered such a great group of people. We will continue to be customers for years to come.

€€€€€€€)🙋 Lack of communication throughout the building arron sold me my equanox love it but got sold a bald tire. Windshield wipers quit it cost 400 to fix we refused get them. They offerd to do them for 100. So they did them. but i have a noise in the tire passenger they cant diagnose? So have to take to our mechanic. Also they patched my tire instaed of a new. There was a hole and dry rott when arron sold it to me. So im still not satisfied with my purchase. Im not sure there inspections are top rated then. I was assured that when i talked to arron when picking it out.🙋 €€€€)!!!! A way to make me wanna get another car from them again if they dont try to make it right there family is known to be Christian. 😇
