Farm Insurance MRSF-Central are very excellent and professional with their service to customers. Their agents are very kind, helpful and responsive. They are very careful about their quality. They helped me with the whole process of insurance. Would recommend to anyone.

Today is 7 months since I experienced water in my basement, assistance is a nightmare customer service is State Farm. I wanted to complain to a customer service manager and was told Why, they cant do anything, all that can be done is I will note your file and someone will call you back! I wish the president of the company could take my claim number and call his customer service department for assistance, he would be in for quite a shock!
