I think the insurance is high, but the women that work there are great.

My experience with Gary Gilbertsons State Farm team has been stellar. The people are smart and kind and extremely knowledgeable--not just about the products they sell, but about exactly which products are needed (and NOT needed) to improve the lives of their customers. My primary person there is Julie Welde, and in every encounter I see concrete evidence that she cares about me as a person and is always trying to make sure I have what I need. She also goes out of her way to save me money. I recommend this team to EVERYONE.

Gary and his gals are among the most patient, knowledgeable and professional of any business (insurance or otherwise) that Ive had the privilege to cross paths with. I acknowledge multiple vehicles going on and off coverage Im a bit more needy.When Your car, house or property is damaged or violated, its emotionally charged and at times people are at their worst, but the times Ive needed remedies Gary and The Gals exceeded expectations in compensation and patient understanding.Id gladly pay a premium for their kind, prompt and highly knowledgeable and professional service, but theyre as good as it gets on premiums without having to go to do business with a Lizard at GEICO.Do business locally with an Old School local and independent State Farm Agency like these people and refer them to others. Ive seen this trend in in Great service and retention of his staff for 20 years.Dont be fooled by the token and occasional 1 or 2 Star ⭐ review or comments on this or any other business, follow the trend of people who make time to write a review because of over the top good overall experience, rather than the 10% of the world who are angry at the world and with their own Life.

I have had Gary as my insurance agent for about 20 years. He and his staff have always provided friendly, professional service. They have made sure to offer reviews to keep all my policies up to date. I would highly recommend Gary and his office to anyone!

These guys are the most attentive and conscientious group of insurance providers i have ever come accross. my family and i got a new camper and with all of the hubbub, we forgot to insure it right away. a while back i had mentioned in passing to Jenny hollenbeck (one of the agents) that we were going to get a camper soon and she went out of her way to email me just to inquire about the status. her email reminder to insure our trailer came just in time. we set up a policy and a week later our camper was stolen. Jenny talked us through the process and was both incredibly helpful and so kind. i couldn’t recommend these guys more.
