The BEST possible set up!  I run an inner-city nonprofit.  We devote our life and energies to help people in crisis.  At the same time, I need insurance to protect our office and my team.  Casey Charlson has always been our agent and I cannot underscore enough how completely thrilled I am with his service.  I never think about insurance - but I know I absolutely need it!  The way Casey works is HE keeps track of everything.  He calls me when he needs action from me, he calls me to make sure we have the right amount of the right types of insurance and he makes the entire process literally as easy as possible.  There are few other areas in life I can feel totally confident I am covered because someone else is so totally on top of things - all the time!  I have zero worries there are or will be any gaps or mistakes because hes totally on it!  I most strongly recommend him! (To note - I asked Casey for a link so I could write this review - it was entirely unsolicited!)

I had to switch agents due to this agent and office staffs lack of follow through and accuracy. I moved and needed to change my rental policy. It took 6 calls over 3 months to have the old policy cancelled. 4 additional calls to have the correct info listed on the new policy. This morning I received a bill in the mail because the new policy was randomly extended another 3 months without my request. Casey is rude on the phone. This office is in it for the commissions and not much more than that. I love State Farm and have had them for over 10 years. This agent however is lazy.

I had an amazing experience with Tony M. from State Farm. I was paying $140 a month for car insurance with Allstate and he got me to half of that with more coverage as well as rental and an umbrella. Soon I will have homeowners as well which took only minutes to get a quote so I could plan ahead. I also got the Drive Safe and Save app that has already saved me $40 for the next renewal period. Responsive and knowledgeable about what I needed.

Tony was very helpful and great to work with. I honestly was hesitant to look into State Farm but I’m glad I did.

There have been nothing but ISSUES since my loan was finalized. Paperwork mysteriously disappeared which made it impossible for my auto payments to go through, after I was told by letter that everything was fine. So I ended up two months behind. They called a landline that is not connected to an actual phone even though my cell phone was on the loan paperwork. They also claim to have called my place of business only to get hung up on, I asked them and they said the received no such calls. The sales tax was not written into my loan causing me to have to pay $400 That I was not anticipating because its a known fact that you write that into the loan. My parents also use these guys and my mother cant log into her account so she has to change her password EVERY TIME. Once I get this mess sorted out, I will be refinancing my car and finding a new insurance company. Im very done.

Ive recently learned State Farm sells more than auto & home insurance. My agent Lerrena wrote hospital income policies on my two kids. Hopefully I never need to use them but if so I know they are covered. I hope to start my own soon! Thank you for the awesome service and explaining in easy terms.
