Tawni Hills office staff unfortunately cannot professionally nor properly handle accounts. My grandfather passed away and I requested, in writing, a cancellation of the policy and a refund to be issued via check to his estate. This was a very difficult time for our family. The elderly lady in the office who received my email never responded. When I called 3 business days later she rudely stated she got the email but instead of requesting the funds be refunded per the directions in my email she took no proper steps and instead the money was refunded back to cancelled credit card of my grandfather - big surprise people who are no longer with us cant have credit cards. Fast forward a month later and still no refund. Well today they tell me until the money is returned from the credit card they wont issue the refund. Now its my responsibility to fight with the credit card company to get that money back to Farmers and I cant close my grandfathers estate. Nice job, Farmers, Tawni and your incompetent team.
Tawni runs a tight ship. She knows insurance. You can be sure you will get the proper insurance product and level for your unique situation. You will not be pushed towards anything you don’t need. Her office is always super responsive to questions. Highly recommended.

Very unprofessional and uninformed about your policy(ies) as they are not able to see most things without YOU contacting Bristol west or their other providers. Do not send emails when they say they do, and lied to me about reasons for being charged fees, and would not remove the fees after doing so. I asked to confirm my balance for next month and was told that I needed to call back in a day or two bc they could not “see” my balance to confirm it?? All around aweful but at least they’re cheap.
