Speaking with an insurance agent about insurance matters is not an activity that people expect to derive pleasure; often the opposite! Speaking with Amir Azizi, however, was a radically different experience. I have not had a good experience with this company (not American Family, just this agency). He gave me a rate for car insurance and renters insurance which he emailed both quotes over to me. About a month later, when it was time to buy, I contacted him to get set up with insurance. He than raised my rate significantly and didnt offer me any of the discounts.When I first did my quote online on American Family insurance, I noted that I wanted numerous discounts. For example, knowyourdrive discount, paperless billing, etc. None of those discounts were added to my final rate and instead I had to ask him for these discounts. Also, I talked to him in the AM on that day and got a rate and by the PM the rate amount changed. I asked him why the rate amounts keep changing and he got very angry with me and pretty much yelled at me. I basically hung up on him because of the way he was treating me. I than emailed him and basically asked why the price keeps changing (where I noted the prices he gave me) and he said I dont know where you are coming up with these prices. I explained to him where they came from and saying I had proof which he did not respond. I emailed him a few times after that and he still has not responded. This makes me look at American Family very poorly, so I have decided to stay with my current insurance company.

Amir is a very easy to work with agent who really know the insurance policy. He is honest when advising and makes sure his customers understand what they are getting and not just what it costs.

What can I do to appeal the lie that was forged against me by one of their adjuster. Their insured clearly ran into me and hit the side of my truck whats your opinion. They dont want to pay for tue damage that was done to my vehicle at all. God Almighty is Between all of Us.
