We have lived in a townhouse owned by highland properties for just over 5-6 months. I would highly recommend them to anyone as Mike has been amazing to work with from touring the townhouse, signing paperwork, and to moving in. He made sure we understood what the lease said and answered all our questions. Anytime we have questions or need maintenance Mike always answers the phone and makes sure it gets taken care of. Even after the repairs he follows back up to make sure it was resolved. No property manager or owner I have dealt with has went that extra mile.

We have lived in a beautiful townhome managed by Highland Properties for a little more than a year now. We love it here! The owners/management are very friendly and if we ever have an issue in or outside of the home, they promptly take care of it. Our neighbors are friendly as well. We truly appreciate the wonderful experience we have living in this community!

Great place. Great staff and quick maintenance. Some apartments are outdated but charged less than updated apartments. Garage is included which is great.
