My 3 yr old daughter was seen by Dr Bill. This practice was a great experience for us. It was my daughter first dentist appt. As we all know, its always stressful and nerve racking for parents. From the entrance to the exit, the staff made my daughter feel so comfortable. Pam, the front desk staff greeted us with a big smile (under her mask). We waited a short period of time then headed to the back with the hygienists. They made my daughter feel very comfortable by showing her all the equipment and what they were doing to do. Dr Bill then looked at my daughters teeth. Before we left, we made another appointment for the future. Everyone was very patient and friendly. Highly recommend!

Both of my girls come here! Just brought my 2 year old in today for her first check up. The entire staff was AMAZING! they calmed her nerves from the moment we walked into the door. I would recommend them to anyone!

Me and my 3 year old son had a great experience in Dr. McElroys clinic. It was his first dental visit. The ladies in the front desk greeted me and son right away. The dental hygienist and Dr. McElroy was really nice and explained everything to him before they did anything. They were very patient with him. He wasnt scared at all. These people are AMAZING! My 4 year old was terrified of going to the dentist but they were able to make him feel calm and safe and assured him that everything was absolutely cool and he isnt afraid anymore! My 6 year old had to have a cavity filled and it was a quick, easy process. Dr. Bill talked him through the procedure, letting my son know what was happening each part of the way and he was so soothing that I asked him if he would be my dentist! They are caring and compassionate and I will be taking my children to them from here on in! 10 STARS!

Great office staff and excellent dentist! My son would not let any dental exam and cleaning be done at our regular dentist due to special needs. One visit with Dr. McElroy and they were able to clean and fluoride his teeth. Excellent staff. From the moment you entered as a new patient they welcomed my son. Dr. McElroy and his assistant were fantastic! Couldn’t be happier with our visit! Teeth cleaned and child very happy!!!!

Our son is special needs and we have been taking him to Dr. Bill for over 5 years now. We wouldnt take him any where else! We moved 2 years ago, now drive 45 minutes one-way for an appointment. We were referred by a friend, and Im so glad we were sent to Dr. McElroy! My 5-year-old needed a lot of dental work. She is somewhat of an anxious child. The staff is wonderful!! My daughter had a series of appts with Dr. McElroy to address some dental work. The staff was very kind and accommodating, and Dr. McElroy and his assistant were patient, kind and very gentle. My daughter was nervous filled with many questions, but Dr. McElroy was so patient and answered anything she asked. His work relieved her of pain and improved her dental well-being. What could have been a traumatic experience was nothing but positive for us!

We took our 6 year old boy with autism to see Dr. William. It was the best experience weve ever had with one of Milans dental checkups. Dr. William sang to him, spoke with him the entire time, and was able to clean his teeth with no problem at all. Any concerns looking for a dentist for your child is so important to ensure they have a positive experience and I vouch your child will have just that. I have 3 daughters in which also needed dental work, and my daughters came out smiling each time. Staff here is so knowledgeable and caring, which just shows how much they really do care for our childrens well being.We ended up moving about 30 minutes away and cause of the amazing service from doctors and staff, I refuse to go anywhere else. The drive is worth it. Its very uplifting to know my girls are in great hands.

Be very careful with these people . They will send you to collection even though you have a zero balance . They were initially sending my bill to the wrong address, Once I received The bill, I squared up with them and they STILL SENT ME TO A COLLECTION AGENCY. Very poor customer service . and very Rude and unprofessional when I called to discuss . Even though I have a zero balance, I continue to get notices from the collection agency .

This dentistry is so phenomenal! I have been taking my 3 daughters there for 5 years. Most recently my 2 year old chipped her tooth, and they saw her immediately without an appointment! Everyone who works there is so caring, and they work so well with kids (even screaming ones)!

Dr. McElroys practice is top notch! My twins were patients during their younger years and theyve always had a positive experience at every visit. The staff is professional, caring and knowledgeable. My 6 year old son is the patient of McElroy Dentistry, this week his gums swallowed up. Went to see pediatrician, was told most likely gingivitis. Called in Friday 1pm asking doctor to see my kid as an emergency case for 5 min as it is extremely painful, crying, can not eat anything. Receptionist told me we had follow up which we did not do and that is probably our fault and that is why they can not see us till next week. Rude, unprofessional and inhumane.

My kids have seen Drs Campbell and Drs McElroy for years. We moved a long time ago and yet we continue to see them because my kids love them. The entire team of people who take care of my children are exceptional.
