I came here after not being able to find a place with financing options . As I don’t have health insurance and I was in a need of a root canal . The staff is excellent, very helpful and kind. Dr. Palak Patel is amazing ! She made sure to get me out of pain quick and was very professional ! I’m very pleased with everything and I’m happy I came here!

My bad experience with Dental Group of Bloomingdale began and ended with the disrespectful secretary on the phone. As they spoke with my mother, the secretary became extremely impatient and short with her just because my mother has an accent. Mind you, my mother is completely fluent in English as she’s been working as a nurse in America for 30+ years. Please teach your secretaries basic human decency before you lose out on more clients. When I went into this place the female at the front was more concern with showing tshirts she order for the office BLOOMINgDALE BABES more like bloomingdale whales, bloomingdale dental fails. She only cares to upsell you on unneccesary treatmemt because she gets a commission as part of their salary. I later found out from a more experince dentist they could have save my tooth but you get more money by not. My root canal also fail from this place. Never come here.

Everyone in the office is fantastic. From the Drs, to the assistants, to the receptionist. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I hate going to the dentist in general but the staff and Drs really put your mind at ease and explain every step of the process. They are so great about working you into their busy schedule as well. Highly recommend!

I visited for dental appointment today(13/05/2021). I was late by 10 minutes for my appointment time becoz of address issue . But I filled all my paper work online . They let me in for my check up after waiting for 5 minutes at the reception area. Later the nurse took details regarding my visit. And I waited for the doctor more than 40 minutes to check me. They took couple of X-rays and later it took one hour thirty minutes to complete the total check up. They can do better in service and time management.

I do not recommend at all! I went in for my first visit last year and they told me I needed a crown. They priced me with my insurance and told me what my insurance paid and what I would pay. Did not say anything about estimate. I was fine with that. So then I went in to get my crown and payed the amount for the first part of the crown. When I went in for the second part of it they said I owed even more! They said the insurance came back to them and said they can’t cover what they said. So I called my insurance and they told me that the dentist did not price me out correctly and did not wait two to three weeks for them to let them know how much they actually cover. They told me that they should have told me what my cost would have been. So the dentist tried to scam me into this. The insurance said that all dentist can give me the price I would pay! Not a surprise here’s a new amount.... then my husband went in to get his cleaning done and he was going to tell them what our insurance said. He asked for the bill and they told him we had a zero balance. So we thought ok we are good. Months later I go for my next cleaning and the doctor said I had no cavities. I was good. Then I walk out to leave and the girl at the front tells me here is a bill for you cavity. I was confused. The doctor just told me I did not have a cavity. So I went home to tell my husband about it and said I think I need to get a second opinion after what just happened. Then a week later I get a text stating that I owe once again for the past balance of my crown even though we were told we did not!!!!!! They do not have their office straight clearly. The frustration that I went through with them is not worth it. It was not just me it was also my cousin that had the same issue.

The staff is amazing and same with the doctor. I called and explained my problem they got me in the same day. The process was painless and it was a success. The best part is before they do anything they explained everything with price so there was no surprise when I was done. Very affordable and they have paymemt options. I loved my visit and finally found a place I feel comfortable with and can afford. Thank Dental Group of Bloomingdale. I will be coming back with the rest of the family.

All four members of my family have been coming here for a couple years now, and I have only had good experiences with everyone here. They are friendly, professional, polite, honest, and personal too. Each visit they ask questions about stuff in our lives that we talked about in previous visits. Weve had two small dental emergencies with our kids, and weve had the comfort of knowing that the kids dental health is more of a priority to them than racking up a major dental bill. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, honest dental office.

Me and my family love this dental group! The sisters are a great duo one I love my hygienist Monica! I escaped again with no cavities at my appointment last night and for an 8 year old thats a tremendous feat! Its all due to the excellent preventative and maintenance care I receive from the girls! I had an opportunity to visit DentalGroup of Bloomingdale for the first time. I was highly impressed with their staff including front desk receptionist, dentist assistant and Dr Alexander, DDS. I went there to get second opinion. Doctor spent almost 45 min to explain in detail about possible options to resolve 4 unit bridge issue including cost and benefits. The doctor had a lots of patience. He also temporarily recemented my bridge to get going for very reasonable price which my current dentist said it is not possible. I will consider this group for my next dentist and recommend others to visit them.

Im new to the area and was referred to Minalt and Wojcicki Dental Group. Dr. Conti and staff were very accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ive already had a few fillings completed, and though getting my teeth drilled isnt my favorite activity, it was basically pain free. I had not been to a dentist in years because my last experience elsewhere had been extremely unpleasant. I was searching for a top notch dentist online and read all of the positive reviews for Dental Group of Bloomingdale so decided to call and schedule a visit. I explained to them how anxious I was to visit a dentist since it had been years, etc. They reassured me that this office and dentist (DDS Alexander Reznikov) from start to finish would be a pleasant and a much different experience. THEY WERE RIGHT!! I had multiple appointments scheduled after my initial consultation and cleaning for some work to be done since it had been years since my last dental visit elsewhere. After a total of 5-6 visits I couldnt believe how relieved and happy I was from each visit. I never felt any pain or sensitivity during or after. I never even felt any pain from the numbing shots. Everything went so smoothly and so professional that DDS Alexander Rezinkov and his whole staff completely restored my FAITH in going back to the dentist!!!!!!! Super friendly staff that goes above and beyond in my opinion. 8 only started going to them last year but I feel like Ive been a patient forever because they treat you that way. The hygenist Cynthia is super friendly and my visit with her was painless. Theyre always willing to give you options to work with price and when I mentioned that I was interested in a waterpik at my last visit, the hygenist informed me they have a rebate. Well I forgot the rebate at the office and she actually mailed it out to me. I drive about 15 miles to go here because its worth the drive to me to have great service.
