I was referred to this company by Progressive Insurance Customer Service Center who said they could provide the vehicle coverage I needed, but it would have to be submitted by an agent. I called Generazio, said I was referred by Progressive, and asked to speak with an agent. The person who answered the phone got some basic info and said shes be right back. She came back and said they were not interested. I said maybe I didnt explain things properly. I said Progressive said they could do the coverage, there just needed to be an agent to submit the paperwork. She said I should call Allstate Insurance then hung-up on me. I would have to say that has to be some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Theres never a good reason to hang-up on a polite person asking to make a purchase.
