This agency is very unprofessional there were several mistakes that were not being corrected on my policy. Simple as getting the auto deduction scheduled from my bank account to assigning the wrong bank account number to my auto policy which caused a lot of unnecessary distress. When speaking with the office manager there were many excuses and trying to explain why all the errors were happening on their end, but no real resolution or way to rectify as it was happening. I also reported them to 1-800-ALLSTATE. The owner has no idea what is going on in his office and really didn’t care only to try to say he would “try”to correct the problem after many months of dealing with the staff that is unqualified and was very unprofessional and became very annoyed and hung up on me. I therefore would not recommend this agency and taking my business elsewhere.

I dealt with Stephanie Malave at the Tom Birks agency. She is incredible. The best insurance agent I have ever dealt with. She is committed to her work, and the end result was she got the job done, and she saved me $450+ a year. She is as good as they come. Thank you!

I am done with Allstate after having a bad experience with another agent, I requested this one. I had jewelry that I wanted to add to my renters policy that I literally just purchased two weeks ago. I sent pictures of me wearing the jewelry, my bank statement and receipt. Guess they seen my skin color and asked me for an appraisal.This is the only thing I can think of because all of my items are not over a year old. The young women Aimee is was helpful. She is the only reason I am giving them a 3 star, because that matters to.

Everything has been absolutely great.. I’ve had the pleasure to work with Stephanie on my insurance needs she was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable.. I had my home and auto at two different insurance carriers and Stephanie was able to provide me great service by bundling everything under one insurance company!

I chose AllState as my first insurance company. Not completely happy with it, had a lot of difficulties with payments and other things gets started in the beginning. Ended up going into an office and they helped me with everything on the spot, were very friendly and made me feel very welcome. This was about a year or two ago. Recently one of the representatives (Stephanie) called me two weeks in a row about the same thing - going over my plan and trying to get me to purchase more. Told her I wasn’t interested and still pressed me to do more. Wasn’t taking no for an answer so I set up a phone meeting for life insurance knowing I did not want it just so she would stop pressing me. When a customer is not interested I just would not keep pressing and what was even more annoying was all the phone calls I got within 10 minutes to go over something I already spoke to about. Not done yet but On the edge with this insurance company.

The team that serves my area is awesome.Who ever picked up the phone when you’re in need will assist you with professionalism and will make sure that they answered your questions.Kudos to the team!!!

Consistent friendly interaction with agents. Very well taken care of during claims process. From the moment I filed my claim after an accident, the representative was very sweet, patient and understanding. The various staff I worked with were very quick to respond to a multitude of questions I had through a stressful time, with minimum follow up required on my part with working with my car repair shop and rental during that time.They are reasonably priced for the coverage we are receiving. Agent calls when it is time to renew the policy to see if there any cost saving changes we can make to our plan. Very highly recommend All State and Tom Birks team. -Melody

Roof leak in my apartment complex. I am on first floor. We now have Black mold. Me my wife and infant are all sick. Everything we own is ruined and we will be evicted soon. Agent will not let me file a claim because no pipe broke. Glad I had renters insurance from all state. (sarcasm)

I have my car insurance with Allstate for almost 6 months right now. Tom Briks the owner is really nice and polite person. They give me a good price cheaper than the market about $50. I had a problem with my insurance, and it was a glitch on the system. I called the office and they quickly fixed it, and I appreciate the following up after the problem has been resolved to make sure everything is good. David, the insurance manager always replying the phone and listen carefully to your requstes and issues without the hussle of automated phone systems from other insurance compines. I appriactae the business with Allstate, and definitely recommend this company for friends and family.
