I was called and was told I would get a quote, I call back and all I get is someone in the office hanging up on me. On top of that I walked in and was told I would get a call never did. Im a returning customer btw.

I just recently purchased 2 insurance policies with Freeway Insurance General Liability and Commercial Auto, the agent that I was dealing with was Eva Soto I believe she is the only one who handles commercial and she was wonderful. I got full explanations on my coverages and good rates. There are two other ladies there who made sure clients were handle promptly and efficiently. I am a new business owner so I walked in blinded and walk out with knowledge. I was given business cards to give to friends who may be in need of insurance which I thought was helpful. I would recommend this insurance agency any day . Thank You ladies :)

I have the NJ SAIP policy with Freeway and although this isn’t the best insurance and has close to no coverage. When I go I always get the proper service and full details on my coverages and the girls always try to place me with a different carrier so I can have better coverage. I am very happy with my insurance and the ladies in Bloomfield. Tatiana is refreshing and always ready to help me Damaris is very professional and Eva is just my girl she truly has a great team and is a great leader .I would recommend this office if your looking for cheap affordable comfortable insurance and great people to deal with .

Stay far far away from this insurance broker. They are crooks and will steal your money. If for some reason you have no choice to deal with them make sure you get receipts with amount paid clearly written on the receipt. And get copies of all your documents.
