This is the place to go if you need road side assistance, saying that because they did the job I sat on my phone for 2 hours with my insurance For someone to come get my car towed these guys got the job done in 30 minutes or less and very reasonably price. Great establishment they got going.

Good price, on time service

It was a Sunday morning and we broke down on interstate 65 just outside of Birmingham Alabama on our way back to central Illinois from our Florida family vacation. It was major engine failure. The help that we received from them was way above and beyond what you expect from any tow company.I had my fiance, two kids, our family dog and tons of luggage. They welcomed us into there air conditioned office, offered water and soda to everyone. The office help even spent a couple of hours on the phone trying to find a car rental, a uhaul, anything that could be found open early on a Sunday morning. When that came up empty they gave us a ride to the hotel that we had to book.Thank you so much for your help in our time of need. Our entire family thanks you.

On September 7, 2020 around 5:45pm my 2004 Toyota Sienna overheated on Interstate 65. Luckily I was able to steer the vehicle off the Oxmoor Rd exit safely . I called Action Towing and Recovery Inc. and they were so helpful and professional and towed my vehicle home. I would highly recommend them. Great job and keep up the good work. Michael Cox. My family and I were passing through on our way to vacation when our truck broke down as it was pulling our fifth wheel camper. It was INCREDIBLY difficult to find anyone who could also tow our camper as we couldn’t leave it on the exit ramp. They were able to tow both at once, and were very friendly and fast in getting to us. They were able to drop our camper off before taking our truck to the dealer which was very helpful during an already stressful time. Would 100% recommend to anyone in need.
