My daughter got her car impounded went just to sign over the title they wouldnt let her have her stuff out of her car unless she paid 300 bucks thats dirty

I needed my tool box towed and they were local. Called with short notice and they fit me in easily. The driver Al did a fantastic job and was very attentive. Strapped down the box even protecting the corners from the straps. He went out of his way helping to unload it and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Bob Adams towing

This business deserves zero stars. Please be aware that they have a CASH ONLY policy for their outrageously expensive towing service. They do no accept cards or checks. There is no ATM anywhere near the property. I called on the phone before coming to ask how much I owed them and they stated they would only tell me in person!My friend’s car was damaged during the tow process, and the computer on my car is malfunctioning also. Absolutely horrible experience.

Saw the driver cruising around woodward with my vehicle on the flatbed. He went up and down woodward at least four times. I have videos and photos of the driver making U turns, waving at people, and cruising and honking his horn. I will make sure to bring this up at court, with the proof.

Love the customer service here & organized lot

I had a very peculiar issue with my diesel truck involving both winterization and bad fuel. 7-8 minutes after my roadside service dispatched a truck, Bob arrived in his personal vehicle to great me and speak to me about the issues I was having with the truck and possible means of resolving these issues.. his suggestion paid off and I avoided an entire day of cancelled job interviews. Service was top notch and genuinely helpful. Our driver JP got there 20 min before the estimated arrival, was professional and swift with getting everything hooked up, and allowed my girlfriend and I stay warm in his truck. Both Bob and JP were stellar human beings and really did me a solid, and I always appreciate someone that voluntarily goes the extra mile for me. So Im here paying it forward by spreading the gospel; You wont be disappointed with this towing service!

Tow Driver at 8:45am pulled his tow truck across the entrance of multiple business on Telegraph. Causing employees to have to BACK onto Telegraph then circle around and find another entrance. Leaving 1 star because system would not allow a post without one. When asked about drivers having to Back onto Telegraph during morning rush, he responded they should have been paying attention. Created dangers situation and was RUDE...

On the Wednesday before Memorial day, we almost had a disaster. As we were loading our car on the tow dolly behind our RV, we drove the car off of the front of the dolly so the front of the car was hanging in mid-air. We had been loading it for 5 years with no problem, but this time stuff happened. After fooling with the tow company our insurance company sent for four hours, they decided they couldnt do it. 1/2 hour after we called Bob Adams Towing, Greg showed up and said he had done this several times. However, after looking under the hood, Greg said there was too much stuff to do it his normal way and that he needed a 2nd truck. Within a 1/2 hour his boss showed up with the 2nd truck (he was at home but came back in). They each hooked onto a front wheel and lifted the car up while we pulled the dolly out from underneath with the RV. Greg then stayed around until we properly loaded the car. Our weekend was saved!! THANK YOU BOB ADAMS TOWING!!

I called about twenty minutes ago, and talked to a man who couldnt get me a towing service at maple and telegraph. I drove by with my dads car to the Bob Adams Birmingham location, and saw two truckers smoking a cig laughing it off. Unsatisfied.Ill never use this service again.
