From the onset, I was impressed with Kims onboarding when it came to my wants and needs as a first-time home buyer that was pretty green to the home buying process. She quickly processed and discussed my options with me in the initial meeting and set up a list of potential homes that updated with each new home that hit the market with my desired criteria. Kim was great with communication to set up showings and help provide great service regardless of the morning, evening, or weekend, she was always willing to help out and be available. I was referred to Nicole through my lender. This is my perspective as first time home buyer.Nicole gave me access to a MLS of which I did most of the house searching myself. I would then forward her a list of houses to see and she would schedule showings on the same or next day. Ive probably been to at least 15 houses with her throughout several different cities. I still feel bad sometimes about it because it was very clear at the start I didnt know where I wanted to live but she still took the time to show me every house that Ive selected (good and bad) without question.During showings Nicole would go around the house similar to what a home inspector would do and educate me on different aspects of the house regarding maintenance, replacement or potential issues in the future. Absolute terrible experience, bought a new build from Kim and builder. Communication was terrible through the process. No concessions were made from their side, yet I made them all and they asked for more earnest money. Appraisal came in 15k less than purchase price (usual, professional practice is to split, they did now come down) My mortgage company could not get a call back leading up to the closing. Still work to be done after closing, Kim ignored 4 emails over 7 weeks until I had to hire an attorney. 5 mins after she knew I hired an attorney, they scheduled the work to be done. Buying a new home with your hard earned money should be a great experience, this was everything but.
