Got service date in time frame that is good for me! Very courteous service guy.... Super helpful!

I took my Lexus 460 SUV to Limbaugh after taking it to two other Auto Clinics and certified shops who failed to repair it properly. Since March, my truck had been in the shop 9 times for a check engine and blinking 4LO light. Each time my truck was fixed, the lights would stay off for 24 hours or less. After taking it to Toyota (I didnt want to take it to Lexus because it is too far from me), they took the time to resolve the problem. I dealt with Michael, (who worked relentlessly on a short-staffed Saturday, Anthony and the sweet lady who gives the loaner cars- her name eludes me- who kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone I came across was so kind and helpful! It was a joy to deal with people who acted like they were actually happy to be at work!The absolute gem through this entire process was Taylor who did his very best to help me keep my sanity (lol), make sure my car was repaired while keeping the price down as much as he could. I was even able to use a coupon. He was an absolute jewel. Limbaugh is now my new, go-to place for all of my familys vehicles. Their service was absolutely exceptional.
