This is one of the best experiences Ive had at a nail salon. Im so glad one of my old friends and some of my new friends recommended them.Tony Tracy and Jenny did a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure. They were so warm and welcoming; they are so clean and sanitary they ask you to wash your hands before they even get started. I cant wait to go back!

Very clean and nice staff! I’ve had my nails done by Jennifer twice now and she has been so sweet and also fast and efficient! Have been nothing but pleased and will definitely be going regularly ☺️

The place was clean and that’s about it! The service was horrible. This was the worse pedicure I have ever gotten. The young lady didn’t even communicate with me. I told her what I wanted and I didn’t get it. I wanted the deluxe pedicure and she did the regular. Not sure if she assumed because of my Ethnicity that I wanted the cheapest one. The front desk gentleman asked how was everything but at that point me and boyfriend who also got some service done( and it was horrible) just wanted to leave. Needless to say we are not coming back. They need to improve their customer service and services. It doesn’t even look like I had anything done. I feel I was robbed out of my money! Don’t waste your time or money here.

Overall the place is pretty good.they are accepting walk ins which is great since this was a last minute decision to spoil myself. We had some miscommunications on what I wanted so didnt get what I actually wanted done but they still turned out beautiful. He took his time made sure they looked perfect.

UPDATE: Jenny fixed my nails, I included a picture of the new shape. The new shape is what I originally wanted, they were quick to redo my nails when they saw I was unhappy. I chose not to get them repainted. FIRST REVIEW: It was 5:30 when we went in and told them that if they were ready to close we didnt want to get a set. They said it was no problem and removed our current sets and started our new ones. The man doing my nails wasnt wearing gloves for the longest, then he finally put on one and it had brown stuff on it. His thumb look like he may have fungus, but I didnt want to be rude. I asked multiple times for him to work on the shape of my nails and he did, but I didnt want to keep asking after about the third time. Then he painted them and you can see most of my nails arent even the same color. He was going to leave one nail patchy, I shouldnt have to ask for that to be fixed. The ring fingers are crooked. This set is just awful. Im embarrassed and want to cry but still paid and tipped because they stayed after hours. I will never go back here.

Jenny does the best acrylic sets in Birmingham. She blends ombré very well and Is clean efficient and precise. Have used her for years. They just remodeled and it’s tastefully decorated. Keep up the great work.

First time going last week (Feb. 4, 2021). Jennifer was my manicurist. She was very professional and the service was excellent!! I had a SNS nail service. Shop was very clean and beautiful!! Will go back, in fact I’m going back today for my pedicure!!❤️

I unfortunately chose this place because of the high reviews, however I felt nothing but disappointment.I got a full acrylic set, asked for a matte coffin shape... this is what I got. They are all uneven, he missed some of my nail when doing the actual acrylic so it looks like they are already growing out, he missed parts with the matte polish, so some of it is glossy, and they are so crazy thick. I can NOT believe I paid $35 plus tipped $10 for THIS. Im embarrassed to even show people my nails.David was so rough with my fingers as well, and ignored my obvious sounds of being in pain and continued doing this absolutely terrible job. Dont waste your money here.

I will never come back here. The salon is nice and very clean but it took this guy 1 hr to paint my feet with gel polish. He kept putting the UV light on my toes and messing up the paint. They charge $20 for gel on your toes even after this guy messed my feet up and I had to sit another 30 minutes for him to take it off and let someone else correct his mistake. They are seriously over priced . Save yourself and go some where else.

The spa was clean rated 100. The staff and customers attire was mask. Staff was friendly. Didnt have to wait in a line. I will go back.

Been coming here for years; the quality and customer service has been on a constant decline. Jenni is the only one i prefer to do my nails. Had an appt @ 1:30p, spoke with her husband who confirmed it and when i get there, he forgot to write me in and she had to go and pick up their kids. ok, what about my appointment for a fullset? he told me Jennifer could do it but come to find out, she has NEVER done acrylic and long nails which i can DEFINITELY tell. she was taking off my old set in a very painful and uncaring matter. I had to tell her to stop @ least 3 times. the acrylic she applied is so bumpy, misshaped and thin. i didnt even want to go somewhere with them looking like this. they always make an excuse on request you make like youre getting something for free. why ask me is everything ok and when i critique you, its thats just how it is or whatever lazy excuse they come up with. speaking of Jenni, she always has 30 other things going on like NO ONE else can handle anything in that nail shop but HER. constantly stopping while doing my nails to check out people, run pedi water or talk with another customer about what they are getting. she demonstrates horrible customer service & treats walk ins 10 times better than loyal customers . I pay a lot of money to get my long nails done but they have forever lost a customer. go here only if youre passing through because loyal customers are a nuisance

Went in for a full set with gel and my nail tech did not put on a top coat, therefore causing my nail paint to chip. It was my birthday weekend and I went out of town with chipped nail paint the entire time.

Efficient and so clean! My technician helped me so much by suggesting I get my natural nails buffed instead of a clear coat because it will look better for longer. Great experience

The service was exceptional. The young man that did my pedicure was a perfectionist and took time to do things correctly and gently. The atmosphere was immaculate clean and relaxing. I will be back!

Love this place, especially with the new updates which makes it look so elegant and modern. Jenny is my go to nail tech. I am very picky and particular about my nails; and my nails are always perfect once I leave, and she make sure of it. The entire staff is so well mannered and polite. NEVER RETURNING!!!!! NO STARS GIVEN IF I HAD TO CHOOSE!!!!!OUT OF ALL THE NAIL SALONS I HAVE BEEN TOO......MY SECOND VISIT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER BEEN TO!!!!!I walked in and there was this lady near the chairs for pedicures and she asked, Can I help you? I told her what type of service I need to get done and the whole time I was there she was being ROUGH on my hands and kept constantly SQUEEZING my hands. NO politeness and generosity throughout my visit!! NO eye contact and small talk during my service nor asking if my nails were like how I wanted. I felt like I was being rushed out and honestly my nails are not how I wanted and certainly NOT FILED correctly. The nail salon was not busy at all; there was only a few customers there on a Tuesday night.I honestly wanted to walk out, but I wanted to see if her attitude would changed, but it did not. I was VERY UNPLEASANT about my time here and I will NEVER NEVER NEVER reoccur here for any type of service!I believe Mrs. Barbara Smith and I had the same person working on our nails just arrived at different visits

Had a great experience with Jennifer this morning. I had originally went in for a gel manicure but she explained the benefits of gel vs SNS without trying to oversell. I ended up getting the SNS manicure (which was my first one) and she did a thorough job. She made great recommendations without being pushy. My nails are beautiful! Highly recommend!

I have been coming to see Jenny for more than 5 years. I followed her from another salon where she worked before joining Oasis. She always does a great job. Best pink and white acrylic nails I have ever had!! Jenny is always very professional and eager to please. I am very particular about my nails. But always very pleased with Jennys work!!! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great manicure or pedicure!!!

Jennifer did a wonderful job! Great massage with the pedicure, I left feeling very relaxed. Plus, I had some pretty rough, dry feet so I added the $5 callous treatment, it left my feet feeling so much softer! Very friendly atmosphere, would recommend!

Well, Im new to the town Im a very friendly person so it was not me . I ask for a mood color 19 and they gave me a 34 which didnt change colors my nails are totally different from what I ask and they didnt want to change it, didnt want to give a discount or nothing . also the lady who did my toes Put 5coats on my toes so now I got mess up hands and feet. NEVER AGAIN If I PAY 75$ I expect to walk out happy . fast forward I came back today he said Come back in 3hr I have to work in 3hr Im just so disappointed

I’m the review person here, I wish I would have thought twice before coming here. I like to give a good review when a business deserves it..........but this time round I must be the one (I’m sure I’m not the only one, they are nice to people they like) that had such a bad luck with this place. They are very rude and the job was just horrible. I personally would not recommend this place, I will not be coming here so please if your thinking to come to this place just don’t read the reviews and don’t ignore.

This is a very pleasant, friendly salon. The service was wonderful, the staff was friendly and did not try to push extra services. I had a pedicure by Tommy, Jr. He was wonderful.

Would not recommend wasting your money here. My gel manicure only lasted a few days. I went in to see if maybe there was something they could do since the paint was obviously defective and they CHARGED me to fix it. All while the whole time I was getting my nails done my manicurist was on the phone paying no attention to the customer. Also during my expensive pedicure the individual doing it took multiple smoke breaks. Don’t waste your time.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! prices do not match what they advertise in shop or online. They literally charged 83$ for a fill and pedicure. When I asked about the pricing they had written over a price in pamphlets and stated it was $20 extra for gel polish. The work was mediocre and I didnt even get the design I asked for because I was rushed out of the seat. I hate giving places my money where I feel hoodwinked and this is definitely one of those places

Ive been coming here for about 3 months now and they do a wonderful job. You can make an appointment or just walk-in. Ive never made an appointment and havent had to wait more than 5 minutes to begin my service. They take their time and guarantee their services. If your polish chips within 2 weeks you can come back and they will fix it at no charge. Fortunately I havent had to do that since my pedicures have lasted up to 4 weeks. I highly recommend this place for manicures, pedicures, and brow waxes!

2nd time here and my last...When I walked in, everyone was sharing at me. Awkward.The gel removal was painful. She kept hitting my skin and over filling my top nail were it started burning. I kept stopping her. When she was about to paint my nail, my old gel was still present 2/10 nails. I kept pointing things out to her. Not fun!The whole time I was there, she kept yapping away to all her team.Relaxing never happened.

Ive been here several times before. Ive never had a nail tech deliberately sabotage my nails because she didnt want to do them. From the time I sat in her chair, she offered suggestions on what she thought would be better instead of providing what I asked-coffin shaped nails. She r tried to talk me out of gel, then kept telling me the length I wanted, she didnt think I could handle. After cutting one hand shorter than the other, purposely to make them the length she wanted, I realized three nails were crooked. I asked for them to be fixed and the tech starts to snatch and pull nails off instead of soaking them. I then asked to just soak them all off and she called another tech over to tell me she could fix the problem if I could wait. I refuse and they continued to try to convince me that the 3 nails were crooked bc my fingers were crooked. I showed the second tech previous work she did on my nails in the past and tried to get an understanding of how she did them perfect before but my fingers grew crooked within a few weeks.

Our experience here has been wonderful. My brother and I bring our mother (who has Alzheimers) here. The staff has been super kind and patient towards both her and us and she always leaves with a smile and beautiful nails.

I love coming here a lot though it was my first time ever! The place was clean and super nice! All sanitized and organized! Price was great as well!

Jenny did my nails today and they are PHENOMENAL!! This is my first time doing sns nails and they are gorgeous. This is the best theyve ever looked!

Update- day 1 the coating is falling/cracking off.They try to skim and save on SNS powder by not put a good coating on the nail. Just paid 50 bucks for nails that are disclosured because they are translucent in place because they didn’t want to take the time to properly coat the nails. The nails shouldn’t be translucent at all as the color is vibrant purple color. Disappointed to say the least.

Do not EVER go to this place that calls themselves a business. Their work is trash and their employees lie and cheat. I stopped by to get a fill-in and I asked for clear gel polish, which I have gotten before and it looked good. If you look at the photo you can see the lady butchered my nails. They are all different shapes and lengths, THERE IS A HAIR IN 2 OF MY NAILS, and the ends hadnt been filed. They looked hideous. I had to be somewhere at 10:30, so I told her I would be back. I came back 30 minutes later and told them I wanted them to fix my nails because they were so ugly. SHE CHARGED ME $15 TO FIX MY NAILS. I told her I shouldnt have to pay because they were SO HORRIBLE, please see photos. She refused, so I just paid the $15 because I didnt want anyone to see my nails looking so disgusting. While he fixed my nails, he grabbed the cuticle clippers from someone elses desk WITHOUT THEM BEING CLEANED. It took him another hour to fix my nails... once he finished he realized he put regular polish with a gel topcoat and we had to start from scratch, which took another hour. I was extremely unhappy with my experience. I asked to speak to the owner. He told me the owner was on vacation, but he will give me his phone number. I texted the owner what happened and he said to go back to speak with Jenny. I told him I just wanted a refund. He would not answer my calls and ignored my text about the refund. I blocked my number and called and he answered.. IT WAS THE NAIL TECHNICIAN. HE GAVE ME HIS PHONE NUMBER AND PRETENDED TO BE THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS. Look at another review a customer left. They said Tommy was the owner. I still have the paper he gave me saying Gian is the owner with his phone number. JENNY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE AND REFUSES TO GIVE INFORMATION ABOUT WHO OWNS THE BUSINESS. Jenny, the manager, accused me of messing my own nails up. At first, she said I rushed the technician. I told her I did not rush her whatsoever. At 10 I asked her how much longer it would be because I had a Dr Appt at 10:30, a 2 minute drive from the salon, and she said oh dont worry, itll only be 5 minutes. I said okay, thats fine then. When I told Jenny this, she said I didnt wait for the gel polish to dry and I touched my hair, the hair is black and I have very light brown hair. I ONLY get gel and if you get gel then you know that you dont have to wait for it to dry. SHE CHECKE MY NAILS AFTER SHE DID IT. SHE WIPED THEM WITH A PAPER TOWEL. So after I told her this, she accused me of pretending to not like my nails so I can get a free set. Please look at these photos and you will see that by no means would anyone ever pretend to not like these nails. THEY ARE STILL SO UGLY. The acrylics ARE GLUED TO MY SKIN. Theres paint missing on my nails and there is paint UNDER my nail. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.PSA- Fabulous Nails in Hoover does a BEAUTIFUL job. They take their time and they are all very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend going to Fabulous Nails.

Really dissatisfied with the service I received. I got my nails and feet done a day and a half ago, and they are already cracking for some reason. The job was very rushed. I just got a polish change. My nails look horrible. Im really upset considering Ive paid money for this work that is awful.

It actually kills me to have to write this review, as I have been a loyal customer there since 2013. Tommy and Jenny are wonderful and always take care of me. Why the 1 star review you ask? Well, let me elaborate.I went in this morning around 11am for a simple fill in; my nails had gotten too long and I needed them redone. So I sit down at the first chair on the 2nd row and the woman (I believe she goes by Lisa) sits down. She then proceeds to tell me that the acrylic is lifting from my nail and it needs to be replaced otherwise I will get fungus from water getting in between the acrylic and my nail. Keep in mind, I have been getting my nails done religiously for the past 15 years...my acrylic was not lifting. I tell her that I just want a fill in and that the acrylic is not lifting. SHE PROCEEDS TO START TAKING THE ACRYLIC OFF MY NAILS. She didnt even try to soak them, shes just ripping it off my nail with one of those cuticle clippers! I stop her once she gets to the 2nd finger and tell her, Maam, I didnt ask you to do that! She looks at me and says, Ok, calm down. I can fix it but I dont want you blaming me when you get fungus! I simply looked at her, picked up my purse and said, You know what? Im gonna go somewhere else and I left. SHE DIDNT EVEN CARE! She just told me to have a great day, and went in the back.Needless to say, I went to another salon and spent my money there. I even told the tech what I was told about my nails lifting and they confirmed to me that my nails were in fact NOT lifting at all. This woman simply wanted to get more money out of me! If she had simply asked my permission, we would not be having this conversation, nor would I be writing this review. But she didnt, and she straight up lied to my face so I would spend more money. As a loyal customer, I dont appreciate that AT ALL. I tried calling a few hours later to speak to Tommy and was told that he is on a trip and they dont know when he will be back.Businesses these days dont care about customer service so long as they keep making money. Im through giving my money to business that dont value my business and dont even care to treat me with the same decency I would give a stranger. My advice is for you to do the same. This establishment has lost my business and you know what? I dont even think they care.

NO stars!! They have an alleged 14 day guarantee. I came in day 14, and they charged me!! The SNS lifted and popped off. On all my nails but 1. And it started only after having the SNS for 9 days, but my work schedule didnt permit me to go back any earlier. Liars. And this was the owner. Jenny Le. She and her sister won it . DONT GO if you want any kind of decent customer service and CERTAINLY stay away if you want a business that has any honor for their own policies. SHAMEFUL.
