DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!! It is filled with cockroaches and beetles. I moved in the end of October and when I signed the lease i was told my Power bill should not be more then $150.00 for a one bedroom apartment and living by myself... Since October my power bills have been close to $300.00!!!! I work two jobs and leave the heater/ac on 70... Im currently looking to terminate my lease... If i would have known my rent $649.00, my water bill $55.00, and my power bill $300.00 would have been so much I would have moved to a nice apartment in Hoover. Not this shitty one on 280. Head this warning... Do not move here, they dont care about you.. just your money.
