First, I would like to begin this review by stating that the recruiter that worked with me and my circumstances has been the same each time I went in. I dont know about anyone else but I appreciate not having to expose my personal business with so many different people. Danielle Dillard really cares about her clients and went above and beyond what any other staffing agency has ever done. Shes more than a recruiter and more of an angel. No other staffing agency has ever helped me to update my resume and give me a comprehensive overview of what employers are really looking for. My interview with Danielle Dillard was more of a counseling session and I could really feel that she was invested in helping me not only to find a position of employment but gainful employment. Within an hour I was on my way to an interview that she set up for me and within two hours I had a new job offer making more than ever. Everyone there is extremely nice, helpful, positive attitudes, positive vibes and very professional. When entering the office you are greeted promptly and with smiles from the young lady at the front desk to my favorite recruiter Danielle (tell her Jay Vann sent you).
