I used this company for the first time to have some physical labor done in my crawl space including removing insulation and then vacuuming and spraying/scrubbing floor joists for mold. I hired two guys for the first day but they ended up only doing 4 hours worth of work and said they had to leave. I called the company and Nakia was very professional and apologetic and gave me half off the first day. I hired two guys again for the second day to finish the work. The first crew said they vacuumed and sprayed/scrubbed and it was obvious they didnt. The second crew said they did the same thing but it was obvious they did more than the first crew but still missed very obvious spots and didnt work systematically. I will say this, pros: this company is cheap, the office staff are very nice and professional, they had guys out the day after I first called so very responsive, this is a cheap option for very SIMPLE projects that dont require good work ethic. Cons: they are not a good option for projects that require detail and you should not expect professional-behaved workers. First crew showed up and immediately asked nicely that if they work hard I should pay them for 10 hours instead of 8, I offered to buy food for lunch and they turned around and asked for food at 9:30am and one guy asked if I could buy him a pack of cigs. The second crew took plenty of smoke breaks but politely did it in the street instead of on my property. I will stay all of them were very nice, just obviously not professional. I may use them again if I have menial tasks that would suck up a lot of my time and I would probably not use them for tasks inside my house.

I love this company. Theyre always available, always answers the phone when I call. Its seldom that you find good customer service over the phone but I get it everytime I call this labor finders. Theyre always super friendly and very professional!

This place sucks if you want work 8 plus hours for a 50 dollar check.u got to be there at 530am just to hope to get sent out on a job its it not study and the staff is very disrespectful

Spring, Summer, and early Fall is when they get most of their contracts. If you have a car and gas your chances of getting sent on a job increases.Smoking is either permitted in your car or at the front of the lot, 50 feet from any door.

What can you say, when you need a job these guys usually put you to work, whether it be long-term or short-term. Just remember you need them, they dont need you as much as you think they do. So yes Robert and some of the others there can be an ass to you whenever you keep asking questions, and the wages are low typically just barely over minimum wage but in an emergency what are you going to do. Again youre at their mercy not the other way around.

Ever since new management came in there, you are treated like a crackhead when given a job, they wont tell you what the job pays and just asks you rudely do you want it or not, the whole staff is pretty rude, they treat you like you are a bottom feeder just because you are working for them, Id check out Adw staffing or people ready, they pay more anyway, Im glad that the way I was treated pushed me on to better places to work for

I show up at 6am just to be sitting here with other workers until closing time 530pm for days on end the people who have jobs here already are the only people goin to and from jobs while the rest of us sit here all day with no jobs calling in i feel the employers here are not really trying to help the rest of us here the buisness needs to be looked into seriously no one should come here everyday and not see progress
