One of the best neighborhoods near 280 you can find. Its actually pretty funny that 15 people here gave this community a 1 star review because some guy couldnt keep up with his dog (cancel culture I guess). I dont think any of them actually live there. New HOA is doing a great job of maintaining the community areas. If you work near 280 you wont find a better place. Its very quiet and safe.

If you’re looking for a great place to live and have pets, this is NOT it! A friends dog went missing and the people who run this place have been nothing short of rude, inconsiderate, and anything but helpful.Instead of offering to help and be kind an supportive, they have been rude to the entire family.I would NEVER recommend living here. Anyplace that is so rude and unkind is not worth it. Don’t give them your money....especially if you have pets.

Moving back to Birmingham and I was looking at apartments and saw a review on this place.I guess I wont be checking here because I definitely need a pet-friendly place even if I only have one pet I need to know that they would be nice to it! Moving on!

Property management doesn’t care about people or their pups. Luna recently went missing in the area and the property management had the nerve to call Madi (the owner) and tell her the missing dog signs were “littering”. They have all since been taken down.The only trash in the area is the mental state of condo management who takes down lost dog posters.

The manager of this property is a miserable human being. A friend of mines dog recently escaped and she left lost dog flyers around the complex since the dog was seen around there. He had the nerve to call her and tell her she was littering and took down all of the signs. Its a shame to see someone so uncaring about his community to be in charge of an establishment - From previous reviews it looks like hes not doing that great of a job anyways.

I’ve lived here for 4 months now and I’m not able to get a mailbox key, pool key, or gym key because the office has been closed since I moved in. The number that is posted on the office door always goes straight to voicemail. I have no way of getting my mail, which is obviously an issue because I have bills and packages just sitting in the mailbox. I’d like to take advantage of the pool, since it finally just opened but I have no way of getting in. I’m paying high dollar for my condo, and I feel like I should have the ability to take advantage of the amenities. There was a sign outside that said the office will now be open on Thursdays and Fridays, so I went to the office on Friday and was greeted by a security guard that said he had no idea what I was talking about, and that I was the 5th person that day asking about the office being open. So I know I’m not the only person here dealing with these issues. On the bright side, grounds seem to be well maintained. My building was just re-roofed and pine straw was laid outside.

This place is awful. The grounds are terrible and the railings on each unit need repairing. Finally got pool done after 2 years. Parking is awful. Very unpleasant atmosphere to be on 280. This is a subpar apartment complex at best. Don’t move here people don’t clean. Up after their dogs. This place is a joke management taking HOA dues. The entire place needs a complete make over.

Management at this facility called a dog owner accusing her of littering for posting a lost dog poster and proceeded to throw away every sign. This is absolutely disgusting. Do not live here if you want management who cares about your family, your pets, or your happiness in general. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

The lowest rated clubhouse in Alabama. Been 2+ years since moving here the pool still not finished, the gym features no ab workout equipment, no stationary bike, the place is challenged and my fees and others are payed every month...on time...promises not met!

If I could put 0 stars I would, If for legal reasons you can’t put up dogs posters for a lost dog why not explain that in an adult manner. Instead this owner called and harassed the owner about how she was littering. I wouldn’t want to live somewhere where the owner can’t handle situations like an adult.
