I used this car wash one time and it damaged my vehicle. The owner will claim that it wasn’t his car wash, but I have pictures proving the car did not have these marks one week before I used it when I bought the car. What else makes these marks besides a car wash brush? See for yourself.

Unhappy does not even describe how I feel about this. I paid for their top tier wash and this was the end result. I regularly use car washes but I will not be coming back to this one.

They went above and beyond! The manager noticed my bumper was falling off ( from a previous wreck). He helped fasten my bumper back on for me! Truly the best car wash place! Highly recommend checking it out.

One of the workers asked my husband to roll down the window and then proceeded to try and provoke him. He kept asking what would my husband say to him if he covered the free mason sticker on the back window of my truck. Then kept saying I know what that stands for and then made a motion with his thumb across his neck. The employee then told us he would talk to us when we got done with our wash. This really shook me. We left with out even vacuming our truck. It was kind of scary. I will not go there again and will be sure to let friends and family know to stay away. Im glad I wasnt there alone .

No communication on what to do and when here. It was very confusing. Couldnt figure out how to use the hose, no signage or instruction anywhere. Soap stayed on car, trash cans were full.

I got the second tier wash ($9!!) and it left my only moderately dirty car still dirty. The two stars are because I utilized the free vacuums, which were great.

East in and out and all the vacuums worked great.

The only place around with do it yourself pre-wash area with hand held brushes to give your tires or bottom side of your vehicle extra love before going thru their car wash.

I only wish the wash included rags. Other than that it was great!

By far the best car wash

Used this car wash countless times as a paid customer on my route home. One afternoon I paid at the pay station then proceeded to pull forward after the arm had lifted and the arm that lets cars in and out randomly fell and closed down on my Lexus bouncing across the top of the vehicle causing over one thousand dollars in damage. This was obviously a malfunction in the arm. I contacted this establishment to get them to pay for the damages once an estimate was written by a professional body shop. They claimed they wouldn’t pay for any of the damages and also claimed they do not have insurance. So if any thing happens to you at this establishment wether that be bodily injury or material wise...this business will not pay for any damages. Completely insane. Do not use this car wash at all! Incomprehensible.

I like the pre-wash area before you enter to prep the tough bug stuff. Guys did a great job prepping front & back right before the bay. Powerful vacuuming system. Fair warning: Ill be back:=))

Good car wash, wont scratch your car up, others cant say the same!

Nice place to go for car wash but owner is not very friendly. Many times there is no receipt paper when debit/credit card is used. One experience I had is when the machines did not add the hot wax. He would not do anything about it. Other than that, the car wash does a great job if you pre-wash before entering.

Itd be nice if they were actually open when their hours say they are. Supposedly they close at 8. I drove there two nights in a row after work and they were closed.. the first night I got there at 7 and tonight I got here at 6.

Car still dirty not impressed

Awesome car Wash except it charged my debit card twice. I will call management tomorrow to advise of the mistake and dispute the charge with my bank. Other than that the vacuum system was great and car wash was average as most are.

They did great on my car. $25 on an inside and out. Even tho they tried to charge me and extra $10 because of a little bit of dog hair in the backseat. I told em not to worry about it.

I had my car washed there and they stole $100 out of my glove box. Called the manager and he said they werent responsible. Their employees were the only in my car. He said I shouldnt have left it in the car. Probably so, but you shouldnt have to take all your stuff out of your car to have it cleaned. Be aware!

If i could give this place 5 Zeros I would! I purchased the $12 Ultimate Wash and my car was still dirty. The own came out and wanted yo argue and educate me on MY car. I told him I wouldnt return he stated ok fine. Rude and ver unprofessional! I

Great service

You would be better off to stay at home close your eyes and attempt to wash and dry your vehicle. Even the vacuum is barely working. GO TO GOO GOO. The only reason I went here was because I didn’t want to make the trip to Googoo but I’ve learned my lesson

My car was not clean

I have a Ford Expedition. It got mostly clean but missed some spots on the trunk.

My fiance was unfortunate enough to visit this car wash. Never again. The extremely rude attendant would not assist in cleaning the vehicle, and after my fiance went through the main wash, there was still dirt caked under the seals. When he pointed it out to the attendant, he told him that they do not clean that and that maybe he should go somewhere else next time. We definitely will. Be advised to spend your money elsewhere.

Got a truck washed there with there best wash. The truck still had dirt and bird poop on it after wash. I ask one of the guys that work there to look at it he said I would have to pay more money for them to get it off. I ask to speak with the manager. A young man came out and told me he was the manager and that you had to prep the truck yourself. No signs stating this when you drive in. I was telling him I had never been at this wash before and that the goo goo wash down the street took dirt and bird poop off when I went thru it. He then told me to hush not to say anything else. Then I got upset wondering how they were still in business talking to their customers this way. Then he said he was getting the Manager. I thought he was the Manager because that was what he told me. I ask him why he lied saying he was the Manager he said F U. The Manager came out and told me that I shouldve never said anything about goo goo car wash that I had upset his employee thats why he told me to hush I ask then what did I do for him to tell me F U he gave me a card said it was for the owner phone number but its just a card for the car wash phone number will post picture and card. In hindsight you get what you pay for this car wash is a joke it was $10 lesson. If you do decide to use this place good luck!

I paid $12 for the highest package to get my car cleaned. Not only did it not clean my car but it scratched the hell out of my car all over. I would not reccomend going to this place and I will never go back

Car wash is ok...but what pissed me off, vacuuming my car after the wash and one of the workers empties the mat cleaner and dirt and dust goes flying all over my car...WTH??? Was running late or I would have had a few words with someone in charge!

Even if you pay for the highest wash, theyre supposed to spot wash the car first. They are horrible at this. I still had bugs on my windshield and front of the car. They then went and sat back down reading their magazines...unbothered.
