Worst wash I’ve ever had had to spend an hour actually cleaning dirt off my car after I paid $16 for a car wash. My car is new too. Only got 2 stars because i think you’re supposed to get the tough dirt first and then go through but I didn’t... flop. Also the vacuum works amazing; sucked my headband right in. I won’t be back but the card guy is cute :)

Love it but beware there are those that go and trash the spots, keep a vacuum hose for hours and dont recognize that they are not the only customer..but I use it often to keep my new car looking like a new car!!! Employees are great and are happy to help when others clog up the vacuums or steal the drying rags and window spray!

Marc-1 Carwash is my place. The Manager; Micheal is doing a great job at keeping this car wash up. It takes an Takes a Army of individuals working together. Everybody works well with each other; customer service at its best. The customers are happy; I hear the compliments.

Paid $20 for Buddys Best and car is still dirty. What a waste. On the upside, the guy that had to get me a receipt (cuz the machine didnt) was nice.

First time there and Im pleasantly impressed. Associate jolly on the spot who explained to me, in detail, all the different options & plans. Bottom line, an extremely good drive-thru car wash. Obtw, they also have complimentary vacuum & bug/tire stations. Two thumbs up!

Staff was real friendly and helpful. Had credit card issues and she helped me through it. Couldnt find the bucket of clean towels though.

The first time I had a 12.00 wash and it was fine, today I had a 20.oo wash and it was terrible. The blower didnt blow any water off,the wheels were dirty and the rags were wet.The attendant said they were having trouble with their machines which is okay,but they should not accept more cars until its fixed. I will go back but maybe the next time all the machines will be working right and have dry towels. Thanks for all you do

I like it because you can prewash your vehicle before you go through the car wash. Does a good job washing your vehicle but not too good of a job drying, I dont know if the blower isnt strong enough or just not enough blowers.

Its ok place to wash your car

I just had my first car wash at this location today. Everything was fine. My only critique is that the hose on the car vacuum is slanted and too narrow. The hose should have a round opening like the car vacuum at gas stations.

Very friendly and helpful, but it didn’t get all the bugs off the front bumper. I took my car back around and the attendant suggested I scrub the bugs off first in their self cleaning area. He said he would just run me back through, but it probably wouldn’t get the bugs off. It was busy so he grabbed a brush and did or himself.Seems like if you’re going to charge $20 for a car wash, you should have the person that waves you into the bay use a higher pressure hose to get difficult bugs, etc. off the front first.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! See I usually dont leave reviews on businesses and I had nothing against this car wash I actually loved coming here since I lived right next to the hoover location. Unfortunately yesterday I was visiting the car wash and I was just there to vacuum my car as a representative approached me and told me about the $4.99 offer for unlimited car washes a month and I immediately told the representative that I already had one and it expired and I asked him if I renew it today will it be the same price and he said yes and I made sure he understood what I asked because I moved to atlanta so i really didnt need a membership but he said sir it’ll be $4.99 so I was like okay sure and I gave him my card and the screen said I was charged $5.00 and i was excited and proceeded to wash my car and when I return home I see that i was charged $25 so I contacted customer service and kindly explained my situation she said we can’t do nothing about it me getting charged a different price then i was told so I will admit I became a little frustrated due to the fact i felt i was finessed so i requested to speak to Kindra her supervisor and woww I was surprised to how rude she was telling me next time i should be more careful and which she is basically saying next time dont be dumb and give your money to anyone like that and the more crazier thing then that while i was trying to resolve the situation of where i was given false advertisement and charged a different price she then told me I’m not gonna waste my time and argue with you and hung up the phone in my FACE!! I used to love coming here but i swear i’ll never enter any car wash from this company very unprofessional and they are doing FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! When i asked to speak to her supervisor she said she’s busy call later, like seriously??!!!

I have the Buddy’s Best monthly package and I love the ease of getting my SUV washed, that being said I really wish they would do something about the fact that there is always a line waiting for the vacuums. I often wait five to ten minutes for people WHO ARENT EVEN PAYING FOR A CARWASH to drive back out the wrong way for me to be able to use a service I pay for every month. Please post signs or have your employees ask people what wash they are buying. Or just designate 2-4 stalls as reoccurring membership only vacuums.

The team is professional and helpful. I have a out side sales position and having a clean vehicle is crucial. So I purchased the monthly subscription service for my company car. It was involved in a minor accident. While my company car was being repaired they allowed me transfer the subscription to my temporary vehicle with no problems. They also helped hand wash part of the replacement car that the automated wash could not get clean. Great experience!

I actually enjoy the solitude of cleaning my car. Marc-1 is always clean. The automations are always working. My car sparkles when I finish. I go at odd hours, because I like to take my time.

I have one of the monthly memberships and it is nice to be able to wash my vehicle every day at multiple locations. Each location is a little different and sometimes the wash package includes different things at the different places. Thats not an issue, they all do a good job of getting the car clean.

This place is nice and convenient. Around $8 can get you a car wash. But with that is free vacuum for the inside of your car. They have a floor mat cleaner as well. Also before you wash your car you can pre-wash it with soap n brush to help remove bugs n gunk from your grill and windshield. They also offer membership for unlimited washes starting at $16 a month. Cant beat that!

Clean and friendluck good car wash

Decided to try this instead of Anthonys. Not impressed. My car was still dirty after going through the wash. All they do here is spray the front of the car. At Anthonys they have someone do a quick scrub on the front end and windows to break up the road debris. Definitely dissappointed.

Attendants are helpful and alert to vacuum hose issues and RFID reader issues. If you have a monthly plan, you can vacuum, spot clean and wash in about 10-15 minutes, depending on how busy the stations are when you visit.

Laughably terrible. Ive been here three times, as I live a few blocks away. Each time, I have to clean the outside of my car when I get home. This carwash gets none of the bugs off my mirrors or front fascia. Today, theyre leaking wax, or some other white chemical, as it had dripped all over the left side of my car at some point near the end of the cycle. Additionally, the attendant directed me forward, forward, forward until both of my left side rims dropped off the bar. He grimaced as this happened. In essence, any coin wash where you have to operate the spray and brush is far superior to what youll get here.

If my husband would not have used the bug brush beforehand it would still look the same after the $20 wash. Do not waste your money here.

They have a bug cleaning section where you can preclean your car before driving through.

Does a good job free vacuum and detail cloth

If you need to get your car cleaned, this is a great place to go. The pre-wash cleaning area allows you scrub down the car, mats, clean out inside, before going through the actual washing area. To be clean, you clean the inside yourself and then go through the machine. Like all automatic cleaners, this ones will miss several areas and so I say to is just average to any other I have every been through.

$30 for monthly membership for the top of the line wash. This is a no brainer. Seriously even at 12:30 with 15 cars in line takes less than 10 min to run thru the wash. You don’t even have to roll your window down. Just pull up and it knows you have a membership automatically. Has prewash station with brushes and post wash towels and vacuums. Very pleased. Looking forward to checking out the multiple locations. I think there is one on 280 also.

Service is fine and all, but they dont open when they say they do. Google says 7am and the automated message on their phone system says the same, but multiple times I have driven by or tried to get a wash before 8am and the place is locked up tight. Dont say youre open at a time youre not prepared to be open.

I would like to give a shout out to the management staff at this particular location, I lost my wallet at the washer and one of the managers went out of her way to help me try and find it, she checked the cameras and vacuum bins. we did not find it, but the service and wash that I got made my day a little brighter.
