Great experience. They take cash and card. We purchased the $20 highest service and we were very pleased with the results. The cleaning stations have vacuum and trash cans. No money is needed for the vacuum as it is ready to go and already on. They covered our back wiper blade to protect it during the wash which was very nice. Tire shine could be a little more accurate but I’m not complaining so much, my car looks 100x better than it was. We came from Houston with a lot of dirt and dust, brake dust and bird droppings. We’re ready to go back looking shiny and bright! Great car wash

Good car wash as automated washes go for my pick up truck. Buying the monthly fast pass was rushed and haphazard. All I have is a paper bar code printed on thermal paper that will eventually fade so I took a picture and will use my phone to display in the future (if it works).

This is our favorite car wash to use. The colors are pretty and the soap they use smells so good. Our kids love it and we always enjoy going thru this car wash.

*********SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE**********I took my soon to be nieces car to Raindrop in Chalkville yesterday. The car hadn’t been washed in several months and it probably needed degreaser in a lot of areas outside. Needless to say, the first wash just didn’t do it. After encountering Velecity (Raindrop Mgr), she insisted that I run the car back through for a second wash. Not only did I rerun through the wash, but she thoroughly sprayed the car down and scrubbed ALL the places that needed extra TLC. It’s not often you run into someone that customer service is their #1 priority. Velecity, THANK YOU SO MUCH for your help, kindness and generosity. Everybody was nice and polite. But understand you are getting a machine wash. Not a bad wash but a machine wash.

The carwash was okay for most of the car, but left the side mirrors disgusting. The vacuums are free which is a plus, but some of them dont really have suction at all.

The worker was very friendly. The vacuums worked really well and the lot was very clean. The lights inside the car wash were a big hit with my 4 year old.

Upon my entering, I had trouble getting started and before I knew it one of the technicians had come to assist me...I appreciated the customer service...The 3 technicians on duty performed a great pre- wash on my SUV as it came in into the bay thus I had a great experience to this visit... sometimes they just one stroke over to loosen up any firt; however, these young men put muscle juice into it.

It was ok but could have been better, the wash barely took off some of the dirt and for what we spent, I was expecting a little bit better. The vacuum cleaners arent to powerful.

Dropped rating because they stopped providing towels because of corvid yet they offer them if your willing to purchase them now. Also not getting the brake dust off the front wheels in the past it has always has been cleaned. Like most businesses in the beginning they provide great service and then as time goes by begin to slack. Suggest they need to up their game & get cars clean and provide the services that was originally provided or lower pricing accordingly.

Love this place, very professional, fast and vacuums work strong. Vacuums are a must to work good and strong pull and this place got it. They also have a great monthly subscription if you like to have your car clean and at a great price. Highly recommended.

Compared to the GooGoo I rate just a smidge better, but it could be because it is still new. Liked the vacuums because of the better nozzle getting to those hard to reach areas. Didnt notice they had the mat cleaner machines or xtra towels available like GooGoo, so that is a negative. Overall a good experience.

I got the guaranteed clean wash...and my car still had a lot of dirt...but to be fair its a white car and took a lot of highway hours since last washed...still I paid extra for guarantee. The vacuums were broken and poor suction.

HORRIBLE!! CUSTOMERS SERVICE, TERRIBLE!!! I come out the car wash to vacuum the car and notice that my passengers mirror was missing. I told the guy that was working that day, who was VERY RUDE, that the wash knocked off my mirror on 2019 vehicle. He went inside the wash and brought me my mirror. Call the owner of the Business that day and I have not been contacted yet. This happened two months ago.

Lost one of my rain guards and messed up my side view mirror and didnt wash my car very well. I could see dirt running off the back of my car. Will not use again. Cost me 55.00 to get my rain guards replaced from weather tech.

I paid extra for a human to use a brush on the hard to reach spots and two guys seemed to do this. The car still came out of the wash dirty. Their vacuums are the old ones with a very small head and take forever to vacuum the car. (The type designed for getting hard to reach spots.)

Its ok. They took away the yellow towels. Staff is not really friendly,they kind of stay to themselves.

Went to Grayson Valley and as all Raindrop sites, our visit was on point. We were greeted by friendly staff members and our wash was perfect! Thank you Raindrop Carwash for the experience!
