IMMEDIATELY EXITING THE CAR THE TIRE WENT COMPLETELY FLAT & THE ASSOCIATE QUICKLY DISCLAIMED THAT THE CAR WASH COULD NOT HAVE CAUSED THE TIRE DAMAGE UNLESS THE TIRE WAS “BAD”. I THEN CALLED HPD TO HAVE AN OFFICIAL POLICE REPORT MADE & THE EMPLOYEE MADE A STORE REPORT AS WELL. 9/28/21 FINALY HEAR BACK FORM AARON THE SITE MANAGE TO BE INFORMED THAT “THE DAMAGE IS NOT CONSISTENT WITH SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN CAUSE BY THE CAR WASH” & THAT THEY WOULD NOT COVER THE DAMAGES. BUSINESS’ HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR DAMAGES SUCH AS THIS ESPECIALLY A CAR WASH. UPDATE TO COME PENDING SMALL CLAIMS COURT, BECAUSE THERE IS NO OTHER EXPLANATION FOR THIS MATTER.

Attendant was at the kiosk and took my order. The wash used to be $6 to get a wash with the attendant scrubbing my car. Goo Goo carwash now is promoting buy a pass and use it monthly for $30 .

Someone was at the pay center to help choose a wash explaining the differences and scan my card. They provided their standard air freshener, which I like, and a towel to use to wipe down the car after the wash. I recommend this site to anyone and will for sure be returning.

This location has started having an attendant monitor the card swipe machine and try to upsell a membership to every customer. I really do not like having someone stand over me while I’m trying to pay for a drive through car wash. I also don’t like them taking my card from my hand and swiping it. It’s getting to the point where I am going to go somewhere else for a car wash. Please change this! I would be more inclined to buy a membership if I wasn’t pressured by someone every time I visit.

Love the quality wash and vacuums, but getting SUPER tired of the up-sell every time I go. I just want to go get my car washed, and not be approached by someone with a clipboard trying to offer me the unlimited car wash pass every single time. If that keeps happening I will stop coming.

This car wash did not! Did not! Clean my truck I had to pay a minimum of $15 for what was supposed to be a decent car wash. I had to scrub the bugs off myself even after paying extra for that service. I will not come back.

Great car wash. Been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Only complaint is occasionally the wash doesnt get all the soap off my vehicle. I understand that every car is different and the shapes can make getting every nook and cranny clean. It would be nice to have another rinse cycle.

I would not recommend Goo Goo to anyone. My new bumper was torn off in their car wash and they did not pay A DIME to compensate me. Their Manager and their Regional Dave both blocked my number and would not get back In contact with me after the incident. My car is in Terrible shape thanks to their business. It’s a shame that they can get away with such sad customer service. If I could post the video of their machinery ripping off my bumper in this review I would.

Great car wash with reasonable prices. I moved to this area two years ago and this is the best car wash that I have found. I definitely recommend it.

Came into this location after having a bad experience at another local car wash. The service was quick and easy and my car came out spotless. Will recommend this wash to anyone in the Inverness area!!

Wont be back... they stop the scrubbing front and back and basically charging almost 10 just to go through wash I rather wash my car myself and the guy that was at the beginning of the wash had a nasty lil attitude.

Good place to wash your car, however, they have employees waiting for you right at the carwash menu when you drive up to upsell you services which can be very annoying. Also, the kids they have directing you into the wash are not paying attention as this morning the young man who told me to pull in made me hit my tire based off his direction of just pull straight. He looked high.

I went through the car wash and my car was not clean after going through.After vacuuming I went back through the line having obviously been through once and they said there was nothing they could do since I had “exited the parking lot”. Waste of $21 and poor customer service.

I have been a regular customer since 2013 at this location. I get my car waxed and detailed at another automotive service but use GooGoo for my in-between cleanings. On today I went in for my regular $7 clean only to be told they will no longer offer scrubs unless I buy a higher priced option. They already stopped giving out air fresheners with every service and now they are bullying customers to spend more. Well they just lost my business over greed for a few dollars. I also pay about $150/mo for my familys and some church members cars to be cleaned here as well. Will be letting everyone I know to avoid. Nice job GooGoo!

I have never thought this car wash did an adequate job at cleaning my car. I’ve worked at a car wash a find this to be inferior to other businesses in the area. Today, out of 8 vacuums I tried, only 2 worked. The 7th vacuumed I tried scratched my interior in multiple places including my console information screen. I filed an damage claim. I have been told by the manager this most likely wouldn’t be covered. Although I have not heard a response, this business is riddled with inadequacies. I highly recommend Anthony’s on hwy 31 in Hoover.

Very unprofessional attendant. I attempted to hand him 3 of receipts after tearing mine off. I said In a polite voice ; Can you take these? He said In a condescending voice; We dont do that? I said; These arent mine. He said; I didnt tell you to take them. Drop them in a garbage can. His helper was snickering. I said; Okay.What would you think? Im sure people try to hand him garbage sometimes but this was something that they need to address. There shouldnt be a stack of receipts hanging there. I had the pro wash subscription. Leaves your car smelling really clean but the wash never fully rinses. Ive gone multiple times and theres always suds left over. Do ask for more than one air freshener. One dies out sooner and is not as strong. Three is a good amount to have hanging.

The water pressure is too high. It peeled the paint on the hood of my 2016 mazda 3.The regional manager Chase claimed it was caused by a rock hitting my hood. A rock will leave a dent. Do not go here.

I went here yesterday and the guy in the front was so rude to me and my boyfriend because we only wanted the $7.00 wash so he got mad and throw his clipboard on the table at this point I through maybe we should leave but I needed my car vacuum really bad so I just went ahead but I will never come here aging that was very Unprofessional!!!

Went to the car wash today and I have always heard good things about it so I thought why not give it a shot. I bought the $21 wash and it made my truck look like a diamond couldn’t be more satisfied than that! I will return!

Great wash ! I did the express wash for only 7 and it was great ! The vacuums are very strong I work really well. And they also have a free mat cleaner which I did not use but thought it was pretty cool. They also have a monthly deal for unlimited wash I believe it was for $21. They also hand out free air fresheners.

Aaron was great! He helped me get this annoying sap off my car, checked on me, and made sure I got all of it off. Everyone is always super friendly. Definitely recommend!!

If youre looking for a quick car wash & vacuum, look no further. Its possible to be in & out with a clean car in minimal time. Only drawback is that majority of the lower portion of your car remains dirty. Car wash is good for cleaning your car 80% from the outside, but to clean the entire exterior, youll have to do it yourself, even after purchasing the highest package (polymer pro).

Love the convenience. Good wash. Quick in and out with free vacuum to boot. In same parking lot as gas station so you can kill two birds with one stone. I am going to try the monthly unlimited wash and see how that goes.

You must get the membership they got a unlimited car wash special with conditioning car wash and tire shine for only 21$ a month. You cant go wrong as well as a friendly staff. The best thing about the membership is its available at all locations. 280, Trustville, Downtown, Bessemer, 3rd Ave, even Auburn. I vist everyday.

Quick, quality, worth for price!

The last three times I’ve brought my car there the wash does not seem to wash the front or back side of my car. When you pull up you pay with your card and then the technicians are supposed to wash the front and backside of your car with the brush however it never seems to clean my car for the amount of money that I spend I feel it’s worth it to go down the street and get a hand wash.

I want to love this place...in fact, I’ve probably gotten my car washed here over 50 times, but I’m just so tired of paying $12, $15, $18, & even $21 hoping that the HIGH prices will provide a cleaning that actually gets the brake dust off of my tires, but it NEVER happens. Car not completely cleaned. Went through paid for the best wash and it came out with dirt still on it.

Usually I dont have a problem here, but I was in line behind a car that was paying and an employee walked up and put a cone between my car and the one in front of me to close the line, forcing me to back up and pick another line. Had it been convenient to get out of this location, I would have turned around and they wouldnt have gotten my business, but I was stuck there because its one way in and the only way out is to go through the car wash. There was no one behind me, so all he had to do was block the lane behind my car. Not sure Ill give them any more business.

We paid for the $15 wash and they gave us the $7 wash. Our vehicle looks just as dirty as before we got the wash. Soap scum everywhere. Dirt and dust still on windows. Vacuums weren’t working properly. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Good car wash, if they would just add towels and window cleaner to the bay areas for customers to use would be about the best one around

Good car wash. Not terribly expensive. I like the vacuum cleaners that they have at this location. The people who work here are friendly and engaging.The wash itself is as expected.

Ive been driving my van through the Goo-Goo for several years. When they first opened the basic wash was just $5, which was a deal, but the price keeps going up.The floor mat vacuums are not always working. The last time I was there the spot I pulled into the vacuum wasnt working. I do like that the employees are nicely dressed and it is a quick car wash.

I give it 5 stars because I like the wash and the employees. I like the power of the vacuums but Id prefer them to have the long pointy ends on them to better get into the cracks and crevices.

I dont think my 2019 Jeep Cherokee likes likes the GooGoo. Almost destroyed my auto shut off sensors. Guess I have to revert back to hand washes.

I purchased the monthly payment wash unlimited. It was a great value because I work so much and dont have a chance to was my car that often.

It was a great experience but they need to be sure not to run out of Tire Shine and Air freshener. When a customer select a wash of choice which cost more. And you dont notice until after you pay.

Very misleading and overpriced IMO. You have FREE VACUUM advertised all outside your building. I go to pull through and they tell me I have to pay to vacuum If I dont want my car washed.

-10 stars Went and had my car washed and the carwash pulled the car backwards and ripped off back bumper and ripped out (brand new) fog light out. When the associate reviewed the camera he said thats weird it pulled you back. When calling back up there they asked if it was a BMW bumper and i told him no it wasnt. They gave me my bumper back and broken fog light from the drains they cleaned out. General manager is a joke and when confronted said that my car had a lose bumper and i told him no other carwash has done this. Wouldnt fix bumper or fog light. I do not leave a bad review for anyone unless i have a legitimate complaint. I would never take my car here again this i do know!

Awesme wash, awesome people. They helped me out when my battery died while paying. When my car wouldnt jump off they gave me a ride to AutoZone and then even gave me their best wash for free once I got my car going again.
