I previously gave this place one star and blasted them for the vacuums not working after months of complaining. In all fairness, I did return and go through the wash. I paid for the full wash/wax/tire treatment and noticed only the drivers side tires got treated. The row of vacuums closest to the wash are now working great! The ones on the second row are still not working so two stars overall.

I have a membership here. I wish the would truly brush ALL Of my tailgate and not just enough to say they did it.

I love them but they need to add a little more Sudds,and a little more time on scrubbing the vehicles.

I have been a monthly member for awhile but yesterday, I had to fill out another form. This took a few minutes and the guy struggled pulling off the old sticker. It would have good for them to explain what was going on. Then the line of cars was backed up so it did take longer than usual to go through the wash.

I love the car wash itself becuz it has my car nice and clean. The only problem is literally over HALF the vacuums DONT work. I had 2move my car 3times and tried 7 vacuums before I found one that worked.

Ive never been to these new car washes. I was a little nervous to try and get my car cleaned. I drove it and they showed me a price list with a description of whay each wash included.. Them you pay the same person.. I waited in my car for my turn to enter. They keep the line moving. Once its your turn they instruct you to keep your car in neutral and there is ni need to give your car gas because its on some type of track that moves you through the car wash itself.. It was pretty relaxing knowing i did not have to wash and dry my selfl

The attendants are very helpful,and polite.They are always helpful when you are having trouble at the entrance.They Always have a smile on their faces when greeting you.

Got the 29.99 special had to find guy to give paper work,didnt get so freshener,didnt get micro rag and didnt do a good wash on back and thats where guy washed with brush🙄

Employees are very friendly and helpful. However no pre-brush cleaning before the wash now. Wash was just about a 6 out of 10 - no wheel washing at all . Missed several places on the body. Vacuums are weak - barely pick up the dirt . This is not the way it used to be so Ill move on.

Geat place to get your car clean ..with free vacuums, free paper towels and Windows cleaner.. How can you go wrong.. I also got one of those months passed and now I come everday and use any googoo in town and out side of town... Were their a googoo just drop inn.. And cheaply done...

Terrible experience. Wish I hadnt tossed my receipt or I would have asked for a refund. Looked like my car was rained on, none of the actual dirt was gone. The vacuums dont work and there is trash all over the ground. Will never visit again.

This location has to be the worst Goo Goo ever. The vacuums are either broken or halfway work. The parking lot is always nasty. The outside is not very well maintained. I blame management for this disappointment. The workers are always friendly and work very hard. The car wash is always good, also. My only complaint is the vacuum and the cleanliness of the parking lot.

New ownership not good! Poor customer service and does not clean car good at all. The precast was terrible and the machines did not clean my car or wheels good. I had to rehash my car. Price is way higher and value way down.

I went to this car wash as I have many times before. I ended up moving to 4 or 5 different vacuums and none were working properly or not at all! There were some that were even broken!! I spent $18 on this particular wash and my car was still dirty and there was also soap still on my car and I couldn’t vacuum my car. I was so upset that I just left! I would not recommend anyone go to this car wash!

A little disappointed with the $12 wash because the main reason why I chose it was because of it adds on the tire/wheel cleaner. Not a good job on either and they werent that dirty. Secondly, the vacuums are ok if you are the only one using it on a double vacuum pole. Once another customer starts using it, suction is greatly affected. Customer service was great though. Very friendly, courteous, and professional.

I paid $15 for the car and tires wash, but the car only got halfway washed. The tires were rinsed off, at best.

The pre-clean they do on the front of your vehicle along with the car wash itself make for a nice clean outside!

I did not get what I payed for. The wheels were to be washed, they not .inside of wheels were dry on water had been near them,no shine on wheels Sorry job..

For the $40.00 a month I pay rapid wash. I think it can be better. I think the guys that pre wash your rear could do better job. And they could pre wash the tires since the machine dont do very good job.

The staff is usually nice and I feel like my car looks great after the wash, but the vacuums are an endless problem. On several occasions it has been almost impossible to find a vacuum to work. You have to drive around to find one that actually works, while fellow patrons are trying to do the same as well. It seems like Goo Goo has stopped putting money into these machines that are the most important part of a car wash!

Didnt do a good job washing, had a lot of spots that were missed, dryer didnt blow the water off, no towels or rags to wipe off the water that the dryer didnt get and lastly none of the vacuums had the attachment on the end and didnt work very good.

Went there aboit a week ago. They have eliminated 2 of their packages so you might not be able to get what your looking for. They were not doing the front and rear pre scrub and as usual half the vacuums were broken or not working.

Staff does not know how to add cars to your premium wash plan, which forces you to pay full price for multiple cars.

Would recommend getting your car washed here. Free vacuuming afterwards as well.

I Had my car washed the soap was not rinsed off the bugs were not washed away and it was still dirty my wheels are not clean

Love it, my car is so beautiful, they were very friendly, and I was able to vacuum my car out for free, I just love it.

They really need to hit the spots on car that the machine cant get to. I know there is a long line and they are doing three things at once but they might have to hire an extra person. Just my opinion. Also, a few of the vacuums arent working or suction is low.

Its more expensive than its worth. The wash is really quick and I had to go to three vaccumes before I found one that worked. Also, didnt feel safe. Probably wont go back.

They did not run the machine properly. They let my get so close to another car before I realized it. I thought I hit an Porsche thats worth almost a 100 grand. I slammed the brakes. They told me to put the car in park, so the Porsche could go through. They tell me you almost hit the Porsche. I said to myself you think.My car had to go through twice because it wasnt washed the first time. The whole thing was scary. I think Ill be hand washing my car for a while. My mat also got stuck in the mat cleaner. It just wasnt my day.

This place is a joke I just spent $21 on their nicest wash and it scratched my car up. I had to clean my mats myself because they don’t have a rubber mat cleaner my car was still dirty and did I mention it scratches your car. Gonna get a self detailing kit just like I was going to in the first place. Last time I’ll ever get a wash here. It’s good if you have a car u don’t care about

Really wish they’d keep vacuums working a little better. Sometimes you have to try several stations before finding a head that isn’t broken and the pressure isn’t great but for the most part, it gets you car clean
