Before I filed bankruptcy, I felt like I was at the end of the world but felt more embarrassed of even considering filing at such an early age. Horrible experience as soon as they received my money the communication stopped.I had to call from different numbers to speak with someone,I got letters from the courts saying my fees were not paid but I had already paid them to Seal Hanson.My case was ready for discharge but Seal Hanson hadnt sent the money in for the court fees that I had already paid them, I had to repeatedly call them and when I finally got someone on the phone they went off on me and hung up,they did transfer the payment that day.Since then Ive had a creditor that was in my case make a mark on my credit I reached out to Seal Hanson and after waiting a week still no response.

After the initial meeting with Mr. Seal, it was extremely difficult to get in contact with either of them. They didnt respond to emails, or messages left through their 3rd party phone service. We had numerous issues with our mortgage company (Wells Fargo), and we were scared we would lose our house. So the lack of communication made it even worse.As far as the actual process of dealing with the bankruptcy, they did okay as far as I know, just wish communication was better.
