After five weeks I inquired again and was notified they had been dealing with an illness. No communication the duration of 2018. I received a letter in January 2019 following up so I called again. No return call!!! In April 2019 I retained a different attorney. If zero stars was an optional rating this firm would have received that notorious ranking.
