This place is the BEST! They are always really forward and honest about what needs to be done with my LR4 and timely in fixing the problem (and I have had plenty of issues). They are all really professional and the first mechanics I haven’t dreaded going to see. Would highly recommend to anyone!

My son’s beloved 2010 Range Rover Sport Supercharged went into Reduced Performance Mode, the engine light started blinking, and the whole car smelled like gasoline. AAA towed it to the dealership and they told me it needed a new drive chain at the special price of right at $12,000, more than it’s worth. They basically said it needed to be put down.A friend of my recommended I get a second opinion from Brad Duffy at Duffy’s Garage. Brad answered the phone when I called and couldn’t have been nicer. He said based on the symptoms I was describing, he was 99% sure it was not the drive chain. He said even if it was the drive chain, it would only cost about 1/3 of what the dealership quoted me. He told me he suspected it was a fuel injector issue that would be easy and fairly cheap to repair so I had AAA bring it to his shop. He was correct! They replaced 4 fuel injectors and did a few other things and I got out for a little over $1,000. Now it’s running as good as it ever has!The shop and lobby at Duffy’s Garage is amazing; a place I’d like to hang out even if I didn’t have a car there! Brad is passionate about Land Rovers and loves his work. I was impressed by everyone I interacted with while I was there. This was hands down the best auto repair experience I’ve ever had! I can’t wait until it breaks down again.

The worse service I have experienced in my 30 plus years as a car owner. My BMW sat in this shop for 4 months awaiting repair. If I had not informed them that I was going to turn this over to my lawyer my car would probably still be sitting there. The owner even attempted to tell me of false issues with my car in order to extort more money out of me.

I have used Duffys several times and always been satisfied. They do a great job and communication of the work. They have always been on time. I have used them for both Range Rover and Mercedes with excellent results

We have a 2009 LR3 with 200K miles on it. I found Duffys a couple of years ago and can not say enough good things. Brad and his team are extremely professional. They truly take care of each customer like a friend. They go out of their way to repair your Rover in the most cost effective manor. I just wish I could take all my cars to them (I have 11)!

Called to just get an appointment with the shop. Didn’t get a return call until after I called a second time and the guy was very rude. I wouldn’t bring my car to them for free work.Again I called to get a simple estimate on having control arms replaced on my car and they can’t do this over the phone ? I understand if something more is needed to be done when they get to working on the car but a simple estimate on a normal job isn’t much to ask for.

Great garage - professional, quick and honest. Fixed up my car in no time w a price much lower than I anticipated. Recommended by another mechanic who said they were best in town for German cars. Wish I had known about Duffy’s earlier! Brad also followed up later on, great service.

Showed up on Friday, Brad took a quick look at the Rover and guessed what he thought it might be, told us to bring it back on Monday and he would do a full inspection on the rack for a more than fair price. I would highly recommend Duffy’s. Their staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. A big plus is they don’t try to up sell you on unnecessary services like many other shops do. Brand new building and comfortable waiting area.

I owned an LR-3 for too long without knowing about Duffy’s. Rovers are cool, but they need TLC and are quite complicated to work on. These guys know what they are doing. Dealership said I needed a new transmission. These guys found the fluid leak and fixed it. Awesome!

Brad was super responsive and informative. I thought I had a fuel pump issue, it was just a sensor. They kept the vehicle over night to be double sure and were all around easy to work with and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this shop if you have a Rover.

Yes, it can be a bit pricey, but what I value is paying once, and not having to arrange a follow up date. My first visit to Duffys for my 2014 Audi A6. They performed 65,000 mile service and front brake replacement. Much more reasonable than the dealership!! I had a couple of conversations with the owner, Brad, and he was very honest in his evaluation of my car and discussed the lack of qualified mechanics in town that specialize in Audi work. I will be back.

Brad Duffy contacted me within and hour, was gracious, kind, patient and even allowed me the time to get upset and calm down.As quick as I say something negative I hope I’m man enough to say when someone has done all within there power to correct. And isn’t that all we can ask if one another? Mr Duffy said “I think we will pass” without even looking at the car.I’m sure Duffy’s garage is an amazing place for the rich and famous and who couldn’t be good with unlimited resources but they call it service for a reason.They didn’t even allow me to bring my car in, so I was refused service because my vehicle was not up to there standard. I would never bring my car to this shop unless I needed to buy respect, which I don’t.Find a shop who cares and doesn’t judge, there’s good people in this world, take the time to find them and don’t settle.

Great place, honest people, 5++ stars. Ive been here several times over the last few years - service and quality could not be better! Caitlin keeps you updated on the status of your repairs, and their turn around time is quick!Just recently I had an issue with my cars water pump/coolant hoses. Was in and out within 24 hours. The guys at Duffy scheduled me the same week at my convenience, had my vehicle finished the same day before rush hour, were knowledgeable and forthcoming about what I was experiencing, and so familiar with my vehicle I’ve never felt more comfortable putting my daughter on the road to college than I feel today. Honestly, I would probably sell my Land Rover if I couldn’t take it to Duffy’s. They do an amazing job, are friendly and helpful, and have much more reasonable prices than the dealership (or anywhere else I know of). Great team all around.

When the Land Rover of Birmingham was subpar and didnt come near meeting our expectations, it was Duffys Garage to the rescue. They coordinated getting our car out of the LOSER dealership and fixed the car the next day. My daughter was back on the road. The dealership couldnt even be bothered to look at it after 3+ days..... Amazing that I had not heard of Duffys and I have owned by Rover for almost 10 years. My Range Rover has 164k miles and I needed Strut Assembly replacement. Basically my car was sitting on the tires because the air suspension in the front rt tire was bad. Had the car towed to Duffys on a Friday, Brad called me Monday morning and told me what the issue was (describing it in detail that even I understood) and that the part was in-stock and he would likely have me ready to go that evening. He quoted the total price which was quite reasonable. They are the MOST professional and quite knowledgeable! I was looking at new cars because I thought it was over!Duffys will be doing all my service and repairs!Thanks Brad and Staff!!

Taking a German car in for a repair is never fun, but Brad and his team make it as painless as possible.
